【摘  要】目的：了解规范性护理在重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法：将我院2016年11月到2018年12月的80例重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者，随机分组，对照组予以传统干预，规范性护理组施行规范性护理。比较两组满意评分;肺炎症状控制时间、生化实验指标恢复正常时间;护理前后炎症指标。结果：规范性护理组满意评分、炎症指标、肺炎症状控制时间、生化实验指标恢復正常时间对比对照组有优势，P<0.05。结论：重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者实施规范性护理效果明显，提升了满意度。

【Abstract】Objective： To understand the application effect of normative nursing in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit. Methods： 80 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in our intensive care unit from November 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received traditional intervention and the normative nursing group performed normative care. The satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared; the time of pneumonia control， the time of biochemical experiment returned to normal; the indicators of inflammation before and after treatment. Results： The satisfactory scores of the normative nursing group， the inflammatory index， the control time of pneumonia symptoms， and the return of normal time of biochemical test indicators were superior to the control group， P<0.05. Conclusion： The standard nursing effect of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit is obvious， which improves satisfaction.

呼吸机相关性肺炎是指在机械通气48小时至拔管时发生的肺炎，临床实践中没有快速和理想的治疗方法[1]。 而对于重症监护病房呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的规范性护理措施可以减轻患者的痛苦，减少并发症，改善预后。本研究分析了规范性护理在重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者中的应用效果，具体如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1资料

将我院2016年11月到2018年12月的80例重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患者，进行随机数字表分组。当中规范性护理组男24例，女16例，43-76（54.24±2.45）岁。对照组男23例，女17例，42-77（54.57±2.71）岁。两组资料相似。

1.2护理方法

对照组予以传统干预，规范性护理组施行规范性护理。第一，管理病房环境。加强对病房内空气和环境的消毒，保持适当的温度和湿度。每日窗口通风持续4～6次，每次30分钟，每日紫外线照射。第二，加强营养支持管理。给予肠内或者肠外营养支持，根据重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的病情和耐受性调整速度，剂量和浓度。……
