摘 要：随着我国纯电动汽车品种的增加，交通基础设施建设的改善，人民消费观念的转变，市场需求结构的变化及国家对纯电动汽车政策的支持，纯电动汽车因其环保概念、购置税减免、后期消费成本低等优势受到越来越多消费者关注。与此同时，随着纯电动车品种的改良速度的加快，纯电动汽车二手车市场的需求量明显增大。但是由于我国二手车市场起步晚，发展速度又太快，特别是纯电动汽车本身就是新产品，纯电动汽车的二手车市场更是基本处于空白阶段。二手纯电动汽车需求与市场存在的问题也日益明显，这些问题大大制约了纯电动车二手车市场的发展。

Abstract： With the increase of the battery electric vehicle varieties， improvement of transportation infrastructure construc -tion， changes of people consumption concept， change of market demand structure and national support for battery electric vehicle policy， the battery electric vehicle is getting the attention of more and more consumers due to the environmental protection concept， purchase tax reduction and exemption and now consumption cost in the late stage. At the same time， with the acceleration of improvement of battery electric vehicle varieties， there is an increasing demand for battery electric vehicle secondhand market. However， due to the relatively late start of secondhand vehicle market and rapid development speed， particularly the new product of battery electric vehicle， the secondhand vehicle market of battery electric vehicle is basically in the blank stage. The existing problems of the market and the demand for secondhand battery electric vehicles are becoming more obviously， thus restricting the development of battery electric vehicle secondhand market.

前言

隨着我国汽车产业的发展，我国汽车消费者人数及消费水平大幅度增长。我国已经成为全球汽车消费最大的国家。据公安部交管局数据统计，截至2018年底，全国机动车保有量近4亿辆，其中汽车2.5亿辆，其中汽车驾驶人达3.63亿人。新能源汽车保有量达221万辆，其中纯电动汽车178万辆，占新能源汽车总量的80.53%。伴随着我国经济快速发展推动了汽车产业的快速成熟，而纯电动车汽车等新能源车也成为汽车产业发展的排头兵。纯电动汽车一手销售市场的蓬勃发展必定要带动二手车交易市场的建立，并需要不断壮大。
