【摘 要】目的：探究口腔颌面外科手术后的口腔护理措施效果。方法：选取自2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的126例接受口腔颌面外科手术的患者为研究对象，术后施以口腔护理，记录患者的口腔清洁、患者舒适度、口内创口、口周以及口角创口情况。结果：126例患者均进行口腔护理以及冲洗，7.9%不适感强烈，主要是因为操作不规范、动作不熟引起的创口开裂、口角损伤以及漱口水的误吞等;92.1%的患者没有发生术后感染，术后口腔舒适度增加，口内清洁，无并发症。结论：颌面外科术后的口腔护理有效促进患者伤口愈合，有效防止口腔感染。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effects of oral care measures after oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods：A total of 126 patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study. Oral care was performed after surgery to record the patient's oral cleansing，patient comfort，and oral cavity. Wounds，mouth and mouth wounds. ResultsAll of the 126 patients underwent oral care and lavage，and 7.9% had a strong discomfort. The main reason was the cracking of the wound，the injury of the mouth and the accidental swallowing of the mouthwash caused by irregular operation and unhealthy movement. 92.1% of the patients did not have surgery. After infection，postoperative oral comfort increased，the mouth was clean and there was no complication. Conclusion：Oral care after maxillofacial surgery can effectively promote wound healing and prevent oral infection.

口腔颌面外科学是一门研究口腔器官、颌面骨骼及软组织、唾液腺和颈部的疾病，包括病因、病理、预防和治疗。患者接受颌面外科手术后，颌面部的结构和功能都会受到一定的影响，如果不能得到良好的护理，会严重影响患者的生活质量，同时，接受手术的患者术后口腔清洁能力下降，口腔易出现感染，对这类患者需要进行有效的术后护理，但因为口腔颌面部血运丰富，且手术是在口内切口，患者会出现疼痛、张口进食困难，同时因为颌间牵引等影响患者张口，导致口腔护理更加困难[1]。因此本文针对口腔颌面部术后口腔护理措施进行了分析，具体内容如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料
