【摘  要】目的：探究皮肤科优质护理中采用集束化管理的效果。方法：通过随机数字表法将2017年11月～2019年3月本院皮肤科收治的120例患者分为参照组和实验组，参照组（n = 60）实施常规护理，实验组（n = 60）实施集束化管理。对比分析两组护理质量、生活质量和护理满意度。结果：护理后，实验组各项护理质量指标评分均优于参照组，生活质量各指标评分高于参照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组患者护理满意度（85.00% VS 96.67%）对比差异有统计学价值（x2=4.9041，P=0.0268）。结论：集束化管理运用到皮肤科患者优质护理中能提高护理质量，改善日常生活质量，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，值得临床运用以及推广。

Application and Experience of Cluster Management in Quality Nursing of Dermatology Department

【Abstract】objective：To explore the effect of cluster management in high quality dermatology nursing.Method：120 patients admitted to dermatology department of our hospital from November 2017 to March 2019 were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method. The reference group （n = 60） was given routine nursing and the experimental group （n = 60） was given cluster management. The nursing quality， life quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：After nursing， the scores of nursing quality indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group， and the scores of quality of life indicators were higher than those in the control group， with statistical significance （P < 0.05）; the nursing satisfaction of the two groups （85.00% VS 96.67%） had statistical significance （x2 = 4.9041， P = 0.0268）.Conclusion：Cluster management can improve the quality of care， improve the quality of daily life of patients， and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

集束化护理是立足循证医学的基础上，通过采用一系列规范的治疗、护理措施，对疾病进行处理的护理模式^[1]。集束化护理的能提供给患者最优质的护理服务，使之获得理想的临床结局。随着生活水平的逐渐提高及医疗技术的不断进步，患者对医疗服务的要求也随之提高，因此医疗管理更加精细化和个体化^[2]，集束化管理的出现及应用不仅能满足患者对医疗服务的要求，还可密切护患关系，增强患者的满意度，为医院树立良好的形象。皮肤科疾病起病急、病程长、外加皮肤坏死速度快^[3]，会严重影响患者的身心健康，使患者遭受打击。因此在患者临床治疗中除了需要采取优质护理服务外，还应配合规范合理的护理管理。现探讨本院皮肤科2017年11月到2019年3月接收的120例患者采用不同护理干预措施的临床价值，内容汇报如下。……
