【摘 要】目的：总结红唇畸形的整形修复体会。方法：纳入在我院接受整形修复的50例红唇畸形患者作为观察对象，研究进行的时间段在2017年1月-2019年1月，所有患者均接受整形修复手术，观察治疗效果、不良反应以及患者在治疗前后的生活质量。结果：本组中，治疗有效率98.0%，仅有2例出现了轻微不良反应，在生活质量的观察对比中，治疗后的评分明显优于治疗前（P<0.05）。结论：对红唇畸形患者采用针对性的整形修复手术，治疗的有效率和安全性均较高，缓解了患者的症状，并且患者的生活质量在术后得到明显提升，整体的修复效果较好，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To summarize the experience of plastic repair of red lip deformity.Methods： 50 patients with red lip deformity who received plastic surgery and repair in our hospital were included as the objects of observation.The study was conducted from January 2017 to January 2019.All the patients received plastic surgery and repair， and the treatment effect， adverse reactions and the quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were observed.Results： in this group， the effective rate was 98.0%， and only 2 patients had mild adverse reactions.In the observation and comparison of quality of life， the score after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： targeted plastic and reconstructive surgery for the patients with red lip deformity has a high therapeutic efficiency and safety， alleviating the symptoms of the patients， and the quality of life of the patients has been significantly improved after surgery， and the overall repair effect is good， which is worthy of promotion.

红唇畸形是唇裂术的常见并发症，对于唇裂患者来说，想拥有一个好看的唇部外形是不容易的，需要通过整形修复的方式来进行修复治疗，改善畸形的情况。红唇畸形不仅会对患者的健康造成一定的影响，还由于生理上的畸形，导致患者心理上的自卑、消极等等[1-2]，对于患者的身心健康都会造成较大影响，需要及时采取有效的方法来进行治疗，此次研究，纳入在我院接受整形修复的50例红唇畸形患者作为观察对象，研究进行的时间段在2017年1月-2019年1月，所有患者均接受整形修复手术，总结红唇畸形的整形修复体会。

1 资料与方法
