【摘 要】目的：探讨上颌窦恶性肿瘤手术患者的护理方法和效果。方法：选取我院收治的54例上颌窦恶性肿瘤患者，纳入时间为2015年6月至2017年12月，均行手术治疗。将其随机分成2组：常规护理27例作为对照组，临床护理路径27例作为试验组，评定护理效果。结果：试验组护理满意26例（96.3%），高于对照组的20例（74.1%）;患者切口愈合、住院时间均短于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：针对上颌窦恶性肿瘤手术患者，实施临床护理路径能提高护理服务质量、缩短恢复时间，值得推广。

Nursing experience of patients with maxillary sinus malignant tumor undergoing operation

Abstract：Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of operation for patients with maxillary sinus malignant tumor.Methods： 54 patients with maxillary sinus malignant tumors were enrolled from June 2015 to December 2017.All of them underwent surgical treatment.They were randomly divided into two groups： routine nursing 27 cases as the control group.Results： 26 cases （96.3%） in the experimental group were satisfied with nursing， which was higher than 20 cases （74.1%）.The wound healing and hospitalization time of the patients were shorter than those of the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： For patients with maxillary sinus malignant tumor， the implementation of the quality of nursing service， shorten the recovery time， and is worth promoting.

针对上颌窦恶性肿瘤的治疗，目前以手术方案为主，但手术作为一种应激源，会对患者的生理和心理产生不利影响。相关研究指出[1]，在围术期制定完善的护理方案并严格执行，能改善患者的预后、提高生存质量。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取我院收治的上颌窦恶性肿瘤患者54例，时间段为2015年6月至2017年12月。随机分为2组：对照组27例，包括男性14例（51.9%），女性13例（48.1%）;年龄位于24-69岁，平均（42.6±5.7）岁;分期：I期6例、II期13例、III期8例。试验组27例，包括男性15例（55.6%），女性12例（44.4%）;年龄位于22-70岁，平均（43.0±6.2）岁;分期：I期7例、II期13例、III期7例。2组性别、年龄、病情差异不大（P>0.05），可以进行比较。

1.2 纳入和排除标准 依据《口腔黏膜病学》[2]，纳入标准：（1）经影像学和实验室检查确诊，满足手术指征;（2）患者知情，签署治疗同意书。排除标准：（1）精神病史患者;（2）凝血功能障碍患者。

1.3 方法 对照组采用常规护理，包括术前准备、术中配合、术后护理等内容。试验组采用临床护理路径，具体如下：首先由护士长、高年资护士组成护理管理小组，遵循循证护理理念，以治疗时间为横坐标，以护理计划为纵坐标，制定临床护理路径表。然……
