【摘 要】目的：探究早期康复护理对脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2016年4月—2018年4月年收治的80例脑出血患者，电脑随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予早期康复护理，对比两组患者的生活质量评分和神经功能评分。结果：入院时，两组患者各项生活质量指标以及神经功能综合评分无明显差异，P>0.05;出院后，观察组患者的生活质量各指标评分显著高于对照组，P<0.05;观察组患者的神经功能评分显著低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：早期康复治疗有利于患者神经功能的恢复，提高了患者的生活质量水平，具有推广性。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative neurological function recovery and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods： 80 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer， 40 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing.Results： on admission， there was no significant difference between the two groups in quality of life indicators and comprehensive scores of neurological function （P>0.05）.After discharge， the scores of quality of life indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）.The neurological function score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group， P<0.05.Conclusion： early rehabilitation treatment is beneficial to the recovery of neurological function， improves the quality of life of patients， and has the ability of popularization.

脑出血俗称脑溢血，是指血管破裂流出进入脑组织或者蛛网膜下腔的这种情况。它是一种严重的神经科急症，往往都会导致患者残疾，甚至死亡。术后使用的护脑药物虽然不会对患者的生命造成威胁，但是会损伤神经功能。另外，脑出血患者往往有后遗症伴随，术后病情即使有好转也不容忽视。因此及时有效的康复护理非常重要。本次研究了早期康复护理对脑出血患者神经功能和生活质量状况，旨在于减少患者的后遗症，改善患者的神经功能，提高出院后的生活质量水平。

1 一般资料和方法

1.1 一般资料 将我院2016年4月—2018年4月收治的80例脑出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。观察组中男23例，女17例，年龄44～74岁，平均（59.3±10.5）岁。出血部位：基底节区12例，小脑区10例，丘脑区10例，脑叶区8例;出血量10～35ml，平均达到（23.3±12.5）ml;对照组中男21例，女19例，年龄41～75岁，平均（57.9±11.9）岁。出血……
