【摘 要】目的：分析风险管理在产房护理中的应用及对护理质量的影响。方法：从我院2015年12月-2018年6月收治产妇中抽取86例，将其随机分成2组：42例对照组给予基础护理，44例试验组给予风险管理干预，统计2组的护理结果。结果：试验组并发症发生率为6.8%，比对照组的31.3%低，差异显著（P<0.05）。试验组病房管理、健康教育、护理文书书写评分比对照组高，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：在产房护理中实施风险管理干预，可改善分娩结局，提高护理满意率，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application of risk management in maternity care and its impact on nursing quality.Methods： 86 cases of parturients admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups： 42 cases in the control group were given basic nursing， 44 cases in the experimental group were given risk management intervention， and the nursing results of the two groups were counted.Results： The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.8%， lower than that in the control group （31.3%， P < 0.05）.The scores of ward management， health education and nursing document writing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： The implementation of risk management intervention in maternity room nursing can improve the outcome of delivery and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing， which is worthy of promotion.

近年来，随着人们生活水准的提高，对护理安全和护理质量提出的要求越来越高。产房护理是产科工作的重要组成，也是安全隐患多发区。因此，强化产房的风险管理尤为重要[1]。下面，本文将我院2015年12月-2018年6月收治86例产妇作为对象，探讨了风险管理干预的临床价值，报道如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 资料 从我院2015年12月-2018年6月收治产妇中抽取86例，将其随机分成2组：对照组42例，经产妇20例，初产妇22例，年龄22-31岁，平均（27.6±0.9）岁。试验组44例，经产妇21例，初产妇23例，年龄22-32岁，平均（27.7±1.0）岁。2组一般资料统计无差异（P>0.05），可进行比较。

1.2 方法 对照组给予基础护理，进行产前宣教、行为指导、心理疏导，加深产妇对健康知识的认知能力，消除不良情绪。试验组在对照组基础上加强风险管理干预，包括：（1）完善和落实消毒隔离制度、查对制度、分级护理制度等。加强产科技能的培训，如徒手剥离胎盘术、新生儿气管插管术等。（2）加强法律法规的学习和护理文书的管理，通过对护理人员进行定期培训，使其掌握产科护理的潜在隐患及应对措施。（3）对于新入院的妊娠糖尿病、胎膜早破、早产、妊娠高血压等孕产妇，加强高危评估。严……
