【摘 要】目的：探讨高危妊娠孕妇的产前护理需求和护理干预效果。方法：选取我院产科收治的72例高危妊娠孕妇，纳入时间为2017年7月～2018年12月。将其随机分成2组：对照组36例实施常规护理，试验组36例分析护理需求后实施优质护理干预，评定护理效果。结果：试验组护理满意率为97.2%，高于对照组的80.6%;护理后，孕妇SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：针对高危妊娠孕妇，分析产前护理需求并实施优质护理干预，能提高护理满意度、改善心理状态，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the needs of prenatal care and the effect of nursing intervention for high-risk pregnant women.Methods： Seventy-two pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were enrolled from July 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups： 36 cases in the control group were given routine nursing， 36 cases in the experimental group were given quality nursing intervention after analyzing nursing needs， and the nursing effect was evaluated.Results： The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.2%， higher than 80.6% of the control group.After nursing， the SAS score and SDS score of pregnant women were lower than those of the control group， the difference was significant （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： For high-risk pregnant women， analysis of prenatal care needs and implementation of quality nursing intervention can improve nursing satisfaction and psychological state， which is worth promoting.

高危妊娠，指的是产妇、胎儿具有危险性，可能引起难产、母婴并发症的孕妇，该类孕妇应该实施重点监护，降低围产期病发率和死亡率[1]。结合临床实践，明确孕妇的产前护理需求，才能提高护理的针对性和有效性，继而改善母婴预后。为了进一步探究优质护理干预的应用价值，本文选取72例患者分组对比，结果总结如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 基本信息 选取我院产科收治的高危妊娠孕妇72例，时间段为2017年7月～2018年12月。随机分为2组：36例对照组中，年龄位于31-42岁，平均（36.2±4.7）岁;孕周35-40周，平均（37.8±1.6）周。36例试验组中，年龄位于30-43岁，平均（35.8±4.4）岁;孕周36-41周，平均（38.2±1.9）周。2组基本信息无明显差距（P>0.05），可开展比较。

1.2 护理方法

1.2.1 对照组 采用常规护理，包括健康教育、饮食指导、生活指导等。

1.2.2 试验组 实施优质护理干预，具体如下：（1）调查护理需求。孕妇入院后，护士向其发放护理需求调查表，调查项目包括身体、心理、胎位、社会支持、家庭经济、健康知识等。根据调查结果，结合孕妇的实际情况，制定针对性的护理方案。（……
