【摘 要】目的：总结并归纳CRP和白细胞计数（WBC）结合检验在感染诊断中的应用价值。方法：本文挑选嘉祥县卫生监督所42例肺部细菌感染的患者为对象展开研究，将其纳入研究组，纳入同期21例健康体检者为对照组。回顾性分析两组对象的临床资料，按照感染菌的性质将研究组患者分为革兰氏阴性菌组21例和革兰氏阳性菌组21例，对各组对象均行CRP和WBC结合检验，比较各组指标的差异，总结并归纳CRP和WBC结合检验在感染诊断中的应用价值。结果：研究组CRP和WBC值均远高于对照组，且革兰氏阳性菌组CRP远低于革兰氏阴性菌组、WBC至远高于革兰氏阴性菌组，组间数据经统计软件检验均展示出P<0.05的结局，两组存在分析意义。结论：在肺部细菌感染患者的早期诊断中，应用CRP和WBC结合检验的方式可有效诊出肺部感染患者，具有更高的应用价值，且根据CRP和WBC值，可准确判断感染菌种。

Abstract：Objective To summarize and summarize the application value of CRP and white blood cell count （WBC） combined test in infection diagnosis.METHODS： A total of 42 patients with pulmonary bacterial infections in our hospital were selected for study.They were included in the study group， and 21 healthy subjects were included in the control group.The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.According to the nature of the infected bacteria， the patients in the study group were divided into 21 cases of Gram-negative bacteria group and 21 cases of Gram-positive bacteria group.CRP and WBC combined test were performed on each group.Compare the differences of each group of indicators， summarize and summarize the application value of CRP and WBC combined test in infection diagnosis.RESULTS： The CRP and WBC values of the study group were much higher than those of the control group， and the CRP of the Gram-positive bacteria group was much lower than that of the Gram-negative bacteria group， and the WBC was much higher than the Gram-negative bacteria group.Software tests showed an outcome of P < 0.05， and the two groups had analytical significance.Conclusion： In the early diagnosis of patients with bacterial infection of the lungs， the combination of CRP and WBC can effectively diagnose patients with pulmonary infection， which has higher application value， and can accurately determine the infection strain according to CRP and WBC values.

肺部细菌感染会导致肺炎等疾病，进而导致高热，咳嗽等，应尽早进行抗感染治疗，越早治疗预后越好[1]。本文总结并归纳CRP和白细胞计数结合检验在感染诊断中的应用价值。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 本文挑选嘉祥县卫生监督所2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治的42例肺部细菌感染的患者为对象展开研究，将其纳入研究组，纳入同期21例健康体检者为对照组。本研究经我所伦理委员会批准通过，且患者及其家属均知情且自愿参与研究。回顾性分析两组对象的临床资料，按照感染菌的性质将研究组患者分为革兰氏阴性菌组21例和革兰氏阳性菌组21例。革兰氏阴性菌组：男13例，女8例;年龄34～68岁，平均（49.72±2.58）岁;革兰氏阳性菌组：男14例，女7例;年龄33～69岁，平均（49.75±2.53）岁。……
