【摘 要】目的：分析全程护理在开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊型成釉细胞瘤中的应用效果。方法：从我院开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊型成釉细胞瘤患者中抽取49例，纳入时间2015年3月-2017年4月，随机分成2组：全程护理试验组25例，基础护理对照组24例，比对2组结果。结果：试验组焦虑评分、知识掌握度评分优于对照组;术后1年康复率为100.0%，高于对照组的79.2%，统计有差异（P<0.05）。结论：在颌骨囊型成釉细胞瘤患者开窗减压术中实施全程护理，能改善心理状态、提高康复率，值得学习。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of whole-course nursing care in the treatment of MCA by fenestration decompression.Methods： 49 cases of MCA treated with open window decompression were selected from the patients in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017， and were randomly divided into two groups： the whole-course nursing experimental group （25 cases）， the basic nursing control group （24 cases）， and the comparison results of the two groups.Results： The scores of anxiety and knowledge mastery in the experimental group were better than those in the control group， and the recovery rate was 100.0% in one year after operation， which was higher than 79.2% in the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： it is worth learning that the whole-course nursing in the MCA can improve the mental state and the recovery rate.

成釉细胞瘤是临床上的一种常见良性肿瘤，具有生产缓慢、易复发的特征。目前首选手术治疗，在缩小病变部位囊腔，促进骨质再生上效果显著。但是从临床实践来看，由于患者负面情绪的存在，影响手术效果，延缓康复速度，故而加强对患者的护理干预非常重要[1]。基于此，本文对我院49例患者进行分析，探讨了全程护理的应用价值，报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1 资料 从我院开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊型成釉细胞瘤患者中抽取49例，纳入时间2016年8月-2018年4月，随机分成2组：25例试验组中，女10例，男15例，年龄23-45岁，平均（36.3±2.8）岁;病史1-20个月，平均（10.9±2.8）个月;24例对照组中，女9例，男15例，年龄24-46岁，平均（36.4±2.7）岁;病史1-21个月，平均（10.8±2.7）个月。所有患者均经X线检查、术后病理检查确诊;排除资料不全、手术禁忌患者。2组在基础资料上统计无差异（P>0.05），可比较。

1.2 方法 对照组实施基础护理，如观察患者病情、开展健康教育、指导合理饮食等。试验组实施全程护理，包括：①术前护理。由于患者担心手术影响美观度，常出现焦虑、恐惧等不良情绪，影响手术进行和结果。护……
