【摘 要】安装石油化工工艺管道的过程当中，经常会遇到因环境、工程地点、材料要求、工程要求等方面的问题，这些问题可能难以依赖工程设计或资料上面的知识，尤其是安装过程中的问题，如果不能得到及时解决则会为工程质量埋下隐患，所以我们要对施工进行严格的管理与监控，争取每一个环节都有序有效的顺利完成。本文将结合工程实践，综合常见问题提出解决方法的形式，对石油化工管道的安装工程进行分析。

【Abstract】During the installation process piping petrochemical them， often encounter problems due to environmental， engineering sites， material requirements， engineering requirements and other aspects of these problems may be difficult to rely on engineering design or data above knowledge， especially problems during installation， If you can not be solved in time for the quality of the project will lay hidden， so we have to strictly manage the construction and monitoring， to fight every step of the successful completion of an orderly and effective. This will combine engineering practice， presented in the form of a comprehensive solution to common problems， and for the installation of petrochemical pipeline analysis.

石油化工工藝管道的安装工程，其施工主要体现在石油化工生产的装置工程项目，由于石油化工生产装置大多处于高温高压、易燃易爆、有毒有害的苛刻条件下，工程技术复杂，建设难度大。因此，在石油化工工艺管道的安装工程中，对施工的严密管理必不可少，在整个安装工程中可能会出现一些现实问题，迅速找到问题的原因并及时解决，是施工管理人员应具备的基本要求。

在多年的工程管理实践中，笔者发现在工艺管道的施工中，会发生一些常见问题，现将这些常见问题及处理归纳如下。

1. 管道安装施工的前期准备

（1）当建设工程经过招投标确定施工单位，以及工程的施工图纸完成后，我们就会召集设计、施工、监理、生产等相关单位，分专业对施工图进行审查，找出施工图中存在的问题，以便设计及时修改，避免在日后的施工中造成不必要的麻烦。……
