【摘要】 合成生物学运用工程学和生物学方法工程化的合成生物系统、连接遗传线路，最终获得人们所需要的生物功能。目前合成生物学在能源、材料、健康等方面均已经得到了很大的应用。合成生物学在肿瘤治疗领域的关注度也不断升温，在药物的递送、免疫学系统攻击肿瘤、工程设计非免疫细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞、转录和转录后水平抑制肿瘤、揭示肿瘤迁移机制研究以及检测转移瘤等方面取得了一些突破性的进展。将合成生物学方法运用到肿瘤治疗中已成为肿瘤治疗的一个新的方向。本文介绍了合成生物学的概念及发展状况，探讨合成生物学在肿瘤治疗方面的应用和前景。

【Abstract】 Synthetic biology uses engineering and biological methods to engineer the synthesis of biological systems and the connection of genetic circuits，and finally obtains the biological functions that people need.At present，synthetic biology has been widely used in energy，materials，health and so on.Synthetic biology is also getting more and more attention in the field of tumor therapy.Some breakthroughs have been made in drug delivery，immunological system attacks on tumors，engineering design of non-immune cells killing tumor cells，transcriptional and post-transcriptional inhibition of tumors，research on the mechanism of tumor migration，detection of metastatic tumors，and so on.The application of synthetic biological methods in tumor treatment has become a new direction of tumor treatment.In this paper，the concept and development of synthetic biology were introduced，and the application and prospect of synthetic biology in tumor therapy were discussed.

肿瘤严重影响人类健康，但其传统治疗方法的发展已进入瓶颈阶段，近些年合成生物学在肿瘤的精确高效治疗、肿瘤迁移机制的研究等方面得到了很大的应用。合成生物学作为一门新兴学科在肿瘤治疗方面有很大的应用前景，与此同时一些问题也有待解决。

1 合成生物学的概念及发展状况

合成生物学是工程与生物学相结合的一个新兴的、发展迅速的领域。它的目的是为特定目的设计新的或重新设计现有的生物系统。早些年，简单的设备和部件（如开关和振荡器）的设计已经开始;随着近年来成功设计的设备被用于创建越来越复杂的系统，合成生物学正进入一个新的发展阶段[1]。……
