[摘要]目的 探讨戴明环（PDCA）护理管理模式在种植牙围术期的效果。方法 分析我院2015年1月～2018年12月收治的1089例种植牙治疗患者的临床资料，采用随机纸片法分组，分为对照组（常规护理方式）489例和观察组（PDCA循环护理）600例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、护理满意度评分、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的成功率及护理态度、专业技能、健康教育护理满意度评分均高于对照组，观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA护理管理模式在种植牙围术期应用，提高了临床疗效和满意度，减少了并发症的发生，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Deming circle （plan-do-check action cycle， PDCA） nursing management model in perioperative period of dental implant. Methods The clinical data of 1089 patients with dental implants treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were analyzed. By a random paper slipping， they were divided into the control group （conventional nursing， n=489） and observation group （PDCA nursing， n=600）. The clinical efficacy， nursing satisfaction score and the incidence of complications in patients between the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group， the success rate， and nursing attitude， professional skills， and health education nursing satisfaction scores of the patients with dental implants were all higher than those of the control group， the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group， with significant differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA nursing management model applied in perioperative period of dental implant improves the clinical efficacy and satisfaction， and reduces the incidence of complications， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

种植牙是口腔科常用的治疗牙缺失的镶牙技术，其主要是在缺牙区域牙床内[1-2]。通过外科手术方式，将钛金属牙根植入其中，牙根和周围的骨组织结合治疗，可以稳固支撑上面的义齿，其在外观和功能上和天然牙齿十分相似[3-4]。种植牙治疗过程中，患者满意度要比预期相对较低，有效提高种植牙围术期护理效果，提高患者的满意度成为口腔科研究的热点问题[5-6]。PDCA护理管理模式包括四个阶段，计划、实施、检查和处理，其可以避免护理实施过程中遇到的问题，不断改进和修整，总结出质量循环控制特点，提出更加具有针对性、个性化的护理方式，从而提高护理管理效率。本研究分析沈阳市口腔医收治的1089例种植牙治疗患者的临床资料，拟探讨PDCA护理管理模式在种植牙围术期的效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
