第一案：说谎的保姆

一户人家发生了火灾，万幸没有人员伤亡。侦探到达现场后，发现家中一切都被烧成了灰烬，勘查极为困难。

他调取了唯一的目击者——保姆的口供。保姆称，火灾发生的那天，她正在准备晚餐。做油炸饼时，她去了趟卫生间，回来就发现锅内炸油起火，她立即关掉煤气灶。这时，有人冲进来，将灶台上的一桶油浇在起火的铁锅里，以致火势更大，她吓得跑出了家。慌乱之中，她也不知道那人跑到哪里去了。

偵探看完卷宗，并没有寻找另一个人，而是认为保姆在说谎。你知道为什么吗？

第二案：Who's the thief？

The detective happened to meet a case of robbery. There were two people at the scene， both of whom said that the opposite side was the thief.

The victim was an old lady. After she was robbed of her wallet， a kind man chased her and caught the thief. But when the old lady arrived， both of them said that they were the good natured man who caught the thief.

The detective smiled and said， "Please run as far as you can to where the policeman is standing！ "

Both of the men started running at once. When they ran in tandem in front of the police， they heard the detective shouting， "Get him！ "
