【摘 要】对于高职院校的辅导员来讲，自身的工作情况会直接影响学生未来的发展与走向。在新形势下，辅导员必须优化自身的工作方式，才能为学生的发展提供更大的帮助。论文就相关内容展开了综合性的阐述与分析，希望通过论文对相关内容的阐述与分析，能够进一步提升其实际效果，为高职院校学生的发展与进步创造出更大的动力。

【Abstract】 For counselors in higher vocational colleges， their own working conditions will directly affect the future development and trend of students. Under the new situation， counselors must optimize their own working methods， so as to provide greater help for the development of students. This paper comprehensively expounds and analyzes the relevant contents. It is hoped that through the elaboration and analysis of the relevant content in this paper， we can further enhance its actual effect and create greater momentum for the development and progress of students in higher vocational colleges.

1 引言

在新形势下，如果高职院校辅导员继续使用传统的教育方式，很难获得较好的效果，不能帮助学生改正错误的思想，所以其必须进行方式创新，从学生的实际情况出发，找到更好的工作方式，为教师工作创造动力。从现阶段的情况来讲，高职院校辅导员依旧凭借自身原有的经验进行相应的管理工作，所以怎样帮助高校辅导员进行工作方式的创新，改进工作效果就成为当前最重要的工作之一。

2 新形势下高职院校辅导员工作方法改进的重要性

伴随着改革开放的不断发展与建设，经济获得了非常大程度的提升。我国高职院校数量非常多，基本上占据了全国高等院校的半数。但是在其实际发展中却遇到了一定的问题，使管理工作遇到了更大的阻碍，一些高职院校的学生受到国外文化的影响，有时利己主义与自我主义会比较严重，没有比较强的政治意识，而且还容易陷入就业困境之中[1]。在面对有关问题的过程中，辅导员必须通过更加有效的措施帮助学生走出困境。……
