[摘要]目的 研究探讨护理安全教育在护理技术操作教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年1～6月、2018年7～12月在我院儿科进行护理实习的实习护生各15名及其负责的患儿各100例进行前瞻性研究，按照时间设置为对照组（2018年1～6月）与观察组（2018年7～12月）。对照组实习护生接受传统教学法护理带教，观察组实习护生在传统教学法的基础上接受护理安全教育。比较两组实习护生的综合能力考核情况、护理教学认可情况、教学满意度，并比较两组患儿的护理差错事件发生率及两组患儿家属的护理满意度。结果 观察组实习护生的理论知识、基础护理技能、专科护理技能、综合护理技能等考核成绩均高于对照组实习护生，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组实习护生对护理教学在提高学习积极性、提高学习效率、提高自主学习能力、提高发现问题能力、提高解决问题能力的作用认可度高于对照组实习护生，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组实习护生对护理教学的总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿的护理差错事件总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿家属的护理总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 护理安全教育可有效提高护理实习阶段的护理教学质量，能够使实习护生更好地掌握护理技术操作，有利于提高儿科护理质量，减少护理差错事件，使患儿家属对护理服务更加满意。

[Abstract] Objective To study and explore the application effect of nursing safety education in nursing operation teaching. Methods A prospective study was conducted among 15 nursing interns each and 100 children each in charge of nursing practice in pediatrics department of our hospital from January to June 2018 and July to December 2018. According to the time， they were set as the control group （from January  to June 2018） and the observation group （from July to December 2018）. The practice nursing interns in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method， and the nursing safety education was carried out in the observation group on the basis of the traditional teaching method. The comprehensive ability assessment， the recognition of nursing teaching， teaching satisfaction of practice nursing interns was compared of the two groups. The incidence of nursing error events and the nursing satisfaction of the family members were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge， basic nursing skills， specialized nursing skills and comprehensive nursing skills of nursing interns in the observation group were higher than those of nursing interns in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Nursing interns in the observation group had higher recognition of the role of nursing teaching in improving learning enthusiasm， learning efficiency， autonomous learning ability， problem-finding ability and problem-solving ability than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of nursing interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Nursing safety education can effectively improve the quality of nursing teaching in the nursing practice stage， and enable nursing interns to better master nursing technology operation， which is conducive to improving the quality of pediatric nursing， reducing nursing error events， and making the families of children more satisfied with nursing services.

护理实习是护理专业学习的重要环节，是为实习护生将来走上护理岗位打下基础的重要途径，在这一阶段，实习护生主要学习的内容为护理技术操作及如何将护理理论知识应用于临床实践中，而其护理技术操作的掌握度关系到其护理实习效果，故提高实习护生的护理技术操作掌握度十分重要，尤其是在护理工作相对繁重的儿科[1-2]。护理安全教育是一种针对护理安全问题开展的护理教育，旨在提高护理人员的安全操作意识，将其用于护理安全管理中取得了良好的效果[3]。本研究旨在探讨护理安全教育在护理实习阶段护理技术操作教学中的作用，现报道如下。……
