Abstract With the continuous development of society， a new generation of college students presents different characteristics of the times in terms of personality and behavior. Under the background of increasingly fierce competition in the society， increasing employment pressure and the psychological problems of college students， the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities is particularly important. College of Electrical Engineering and New Energy of the China Three Gorges University takes the "Growth of Mind" feature growth counseling room as a platform and formulates perfect system rules as a guarantee. With a multi-disciplinary team and various forms of counseling， psychology， and academic aspects of the students， they will be guided by "zero distance"， "temperature" and "full coverage" ways. Through these methods， students can effectively solve the problems and difficulties encountered by students in their thoughts， studies and life， and serve the students to become adults.

1 “心靈之约”特色成长辅导室的建设背景

学生的思想政治教育工作是高校教育工作中的重要一环。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话中提出了新时代高校思政教育工作的新要求，进一步明确了高校承担着培养党和国家合格建设者和可靠接班人的重大使命。目前在校的大学生为95后、甚至00后的千禧一代，缺乏思想和信仰、过分自我和追求个性是学生呈现出的主要特点，如何创新高校思政教育的方式方法，切实服务学生健康成人、全面成才，是高校和教育工作者应该思考的课题。[1]

当前，高校思想政治工作的时代背景、社会环境都发生了很大变化，三峡大学电气与新能源学院着眼于培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人，积极探索新时期大学生思政工作新模式，以学生健康、全面发展为中心，以三全育人为导向，打造“心灵之约”特色成长辅导室，组建起由学院领导、辅导教师、专业教师、学生和家长共同参与的指导队伍，运用各种思想政治教育、心理教学、学业辅导等手段，通过线上、线下相结合的交流方式，切实解决同学们遇到的各类问题，结合学院的实际情况和特点深入实践，不断提升教育工作的内涵和质量，满足学生成长发展需求和期待。

2 “心灵之约”特色成长辅导室建设的探索与实践

特色成长辅导室是高校思想政治教育的有效载体和重要平台，通过这样的平台帮助学生们解决以学习、人际交往方面为主的发展性心理问题，用实际行动为学生的成长发展提供辅导。……
