Abstract There are many kinds of student associations in contemporary universities. Volunteer service associations， as an important part of them， promote and promote the construction of campus culture. However， compared with other entertainment and interest-oriented associations， further expanding the development space of volunteer service associations is facing more difficulties. We need to properly solve the types of activities， community system， internal training and other issues. Therefore， the voluntary service associations in colleges and universities need corresponding optimization measures to improve the overall management level and promote the sustainable development of associations.

隨着社会经济的快速发展和生活保障体系的不断完善，公共服务业呈现一派欣欣向荣的景象。在政府的大力推动和政策鼓励下，各类社会志愿者机构、非营利组织得到了迅速发展，而通过各类公共活动和救灾现场，高校志愿者的参与引起了社会的高度关注，高校学生参与志愿服务正在成为一种潮流。大学生作为志愿者的重要组成部分， 体现和发扬“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神，为我国的志愿服务事业作出了重要贡献。

高校学生往往通过自发组织社团或依托学院成立协会等形式对志愿活动进行专业化、规范化地组织和管理，然而，随着社会环境的变化和当下娱乐产品的多样化，相较于娱乐性较强的社团而言，志愿服务类社团的发展缺乏足够的动力和空间，不论是志愿者管理模式、运行体系还是活动参与的积极性与服务质量都受到了一定冲击，如何促进高校志愿服务类社团的进一步发展成为专业亟需解决的问题。

1 我国高校志愿服务类社团发展现状

近年来，国内众多的非营利组织在政府的引导和扶持下有了较快发展，促进了社会潜在资源的利用，高校志愿服务类社团就是典型案例。志愿服务类社团除了为大学生提供了一个可以互相交流的平台之外，还起到了整合社会资源的作用，使大学生能够更加规范、专业地参与到志愿活动中来。……
