Abstract With more and more ethnic minority students from Xinjiang entering the mainland universities to study， actively create a harmonious campus culture that highlights the atmosphere of national unity has become the proper meaning of the work of the mainland universities in the new era. Mainland colleges and universities should vigorously create a harmonious campus culture that highlights the atmosphere of national unity. Through the influence and subtle influence of campus culture， they should form a unified guiding ideology， common moral norms and strong spiritual motivation in the campus， so as to create a good educational environment for the healthy growth of Xinjiang ethnic minority students in the mainland.

1 民族团结视野下和谐校园文化的主要内容

（1）和谐世界观教育。和谐世界观教育，就是强调不同民族、不同文化之间在彼此尊重的前提下达到的相互协调、和谐共生的存在状态。和谐世界观教育强调要尊重包容对世界的各种不同认识和看法，在承认每一种样态的世界观产生、存在演变的客观性与合理性这一前提下，把兼蓄并包作为世界观教育的宗旨原则，使持有各种不同样态世界观的学生能够和谐相处，展示和谐文化的魅力。在新疆籍少数民族大学生的和谐世界观教育的过程中，要坚持以文化的多元性和多样性这一客观事实为出发点，引导他们以正确的认知看待中华民族文化的多样性与包容性，以理性的心态解读社会和国家的过程进展。

（2）和谐人生观教育。受生活状况、文化背景以及经历阅历等等方面的影响，每个个体的人生观与社会价值取向紧密相连，也呈现出不尽相同的差异性。为此，在内地新疆籍少数民族大学生和谐人生观的教育过程中，一方面是要强调追求和谐的人生目的与意义。追求社会意义上的自我与个性意义上自我这两者之间的平衡与统一，在保有自我独特个性的同时积极融入社会，从而不断地认知自我、了解自我、完善自我。另一方面，要注重理想信念教育和人生态度教育。要不断强化新疆籍少数民族……
