Everybody has a dream or a goal. How to make it true and reach it？ Make a plan， work the plan.

Your plan has got to be clear. Dont go to bed without a plan that youre going to handle the next day. You have to work at it every day. Success is never an accident. I want you to understand that its not going to happen by luck. Success is cause and effect， not magic luck or magic fairy dust. Success is easy to realize if you make a plan and finish the plan every day. Whenever the plan doesnt work， you change the plan. Thats called failure， learning a lesson and changing it. If you do the work and do it for a long enough time， youll be successful. Whatever your bold dream is， if you plan and think about it every single day， if you do a little every single day， you are going to wake up one day and your dream will come true. An easy way is a lie. It doesnt get you there. And if you want to take an easy road， it wont take you to where you want to be. To reach goals and overcome difficulties and be the best of yourself will not happen by itself. It will not happen by looking for an easy way. There is no easy way， there is only hard work， late nights， early mornings， practice， repetition， study， sweat， blood and discipline（自制力）. Discipline， the root of all good qualities， defeats the thousand excuses that say “not today”， “not now”， “I need a rest”， “Ill do it tomorrow”. There is only one way， the way of discipline.

not... without...是固定词组，意为“没有……就不……”，without是介词，如果后面跟动词时，动词要用“动词原形+ing”形式。that youre going to handle是that引导的定语从句，修饰名词plan。

2.I want you to understand that its not going to happen by luck. 我想让你们明白这并不是侥幸发生的。

本句是一个复合句。that its not going to happen by luck是动词不定式to understand 所带的宾语从句，that是引导词;happen是不及物动词，意为“发生”，多指偶然发生的事;by luck是固定短语，意为“侥幸”。

3.Success is easy to realize if you make a plan and finish the plan everyday. 如果你制订好计划并每天都执行这一计划，成功就会很容易实现。

本句是复合句。if在这里意为“如果”，引导一个条件状语从句。主句Success is easy to realize还可以用To realize success is easy 或 Its easy to realize success表示。
