Seashells（贝壳） come in many colors and shapes（形状）. They come from different animals，such as sea snails（海螺），oysters（牡蛎） and clams（蛤蜊）. They live in the ocean（海洋）. When they die，the waves（海浪） will wash their shells up on the beach.

If you find a sea snail shell（海螺壳），you can put it next to your ear. Then you can hear the sea rumble（隆隆作响）. We often find the shells of clams in the sand，too.
