摘要：传统村落是中国农耕文明留下的宝贵遗产，但坐落于都市近郊区的传统村落面临着自身保护发展与都市人文、经济等辐射影响之间的博弈。本文将“共生”理念引入，探讨城乡“共生”下传统村落保护发展路径，并以安徽省合肥市肥东县六家畈村为例，从历史文化“共扬”、人居环境“共宜”、公服设施“共享”和产业经济“共兴”四个方面，提出城乡“共生”下六家畈村保护发展路径，以期对都市近郊型历史古村落的保护发展提供借鉴。

Research on the Protective Renewal Strategy of Urban Suburban Traditional Villages under the Concept of Symbiosis： A Case of Liujiafan Village in Hefei City

[Abstract] Traditional villages are valuable legacy of Chinese farming civilization. However， traditional villages located in the suburbs of the city are facing a game amang their own protection and development， urban humanities and economic radiation. This paper introduces the concept of symbiosis and explores the development path of traditional village protection under the symbiosis between urban and rural areas. Taking Liujiafan Village of Hefei City as an example， the protection development path of Liujiafan Village under the symbiosis of urban and rural areas is proposed from the perspectives of historical and cultural protection， suitable living environment， perfect public service facilities and industrial economic prosperity， in order to provide reference for the protection and development of urban suburban historical villages.

引言

傳统村落是历史与文化的记忆，是文化遗产的重要载体。传统村落的保护发展是传承传统文化、“乡愁记忆”的必然要求，是中华民族落实文化自觉、树立文化自信、实现文化自强的必由之路。在此背景下，相关部门组织了“中国传统村落保护发展工程”，并将传统村落保护列为国家重点保护项目。自2014年8月，安徽省住建厅等四部门联合发布《关于公布列入第一批安徽省传统村落名录的村落名单的通知》，此后陆续公布了三批共754个安徽省传统村落，合肥市六家畈村入选安徽省首批传统村落名录。但随着经济的快速发展，坐落于都市近郊区的传统村落面临着自身保护发展与都市人文、经济等辐射影响之间的博弈。同时，2019年1月《中央农办 农业农村部 自然资源部 国家发展改革委 财政部关于统筹推进村庄规划工作的意见》（农规发〔2019〕1号）中明确将城市近郊区及县城城关镇所在地村庄，确定为城郊融合类村庄。……
