摘  要：随着新媒体技术的不断发展，新媒体作为一种全新的媒介和宣传方式开始出现在人们的视野中，并给人们的工作和生活带来了极大的变化。21世纪被称为信息时代，随着计算机的发展和新媒体技术的普及，人们获取知识的途径拓宽了，获取知识的速度加快了，人类的知识量也在飞速的增长。随着媒体教学，计算机新媒体教学等新媒体因素在教学中的运用，也给大学生的思政教育带来了巨大的变革和创新的机会，这就给身处新媒体时代的大学教师提出更高的素养要求，新媒体技术的日新月异，新媒体教育的快速发展，给新时代的大学教师带来了机遇和挑战，为了顺应新媒体教学模式的发展，广大大学教师必须顺应时代潮流和趋势，面对问题，迎接挑战。

Abstract： With the continuous development of new media technology， new media as a brand new media and publicity began to appear in people's vision， and bring great changes to people's work and life. The 21st century has been called the information age. With the development of computer and the popularization of new media technology， people's access to knowledge has been broadened， the speed of knowledge acquisition has been accelerated， and the amount of human knowledge has also been growing rapidly. With the application of media teaching， the new media teaching factors such as computers， the huge changes and innovation opportunities have been brought to the ideological education for college students， which requires university teachers to have more professionalism. The new media technology changes with each passing day， and the rapid development of the new media education has brought opportunities and challenges to university teachers in the new era. In order to adapt to the development of new media teaching model， university teachers must conform to the trend of the Times and trend， facing the problems， and meeting the challenges.

一、新媒體的基本含义

“新媒体”是随着近几年，信息技术的快速发展而出现的全新领域。对于“新媒体”的定义就是利用电脑和互联网的高科技手段，增加渠道和表现方式，进一步增加传统媒体自身的形式和内容。进而，将传统媒体的方式和内容，全面实现由量变到质变的更改，从而形成一种全新的媒体形式，称之为第四媒体。新媒体，就是在传统媒体的基础上，通过各类技术，如投影、3D成像等方式，通过各类新媒体的宣传平台，如微信、微博、QQ等沟通工具，建立沟通平台。本文中的新媒体，主要是指狭义上的新媒体技术，适用于教学展示和教育沟通，这种新媒体依托于互联网技术和电互联网沟通平台，是一种新媒体所带来的教育思潮下的新理念和新形式。……
