摘  要：拔尖创新人才的培养是知识经济时代的客观要求，是民族复兴和社会进步的现实需要。拔尖创新人才的培养，教育是根基，高等教育是关键，思想政治素质是拔尖创新人才成长成功的重要基石。必须不断加强和改进本科生的思想政治教育，有效促进拔尖创新人才的健康成长。

Abstract： The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the objective requirement of the era of knowledge economy and the realistic need of national rejuvenation and social progress. Education is the foundation for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents， higher education is the key， and ideological and political quality is an important cornerstone for the growth and success of top-notch innovative talents. Only by strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of undergraduates can we effectively promote the healthy growth of top innovative talents.

習近平总书记非常重视高校的思想政治工作，他在2018年5月考察北京大学时提出了抓好“三项基础性工作”的重大任务，深刻回答了高校培养什么样的人、怎样培养人的根本问题，为建设中国特色世界一流大学、一流人才提供了思想指引和行动指南。其中，人才培养体系涉及学科体系、教学体系、教材体系、管理体系等多个环节，贯通其中的是思想政治工作体系。人才培养为本，本科教育是根，在我国的高等教育人才培养体系中，本科生教育占据基础地位，本科生培养质量的高低直接影响着高等教育整体质量。[1]在新的历史条件下，继承和发扬我国高校本科生思想政治教育的办学特色和优势，又顺应时代要求，加强和改进本科生思想政治教育，以拔尖创新人才培养助推高校本科生思想政治教育改革，努力培养和造就一大批拔尖创新人才和拔尖创新团队，力争实现前瞻性基础研究、引领性原创成果的重大突破，是一项既重要又紧急的教育工作。
