摘  要：随着“一带一路”国家战略的实施，培养具有工程实践能力和创新能力的国际化高素质复合型人才是当前采矿行业发展的新需求。针对国际化实验教学体系建设面临的难题，从培养主观能动性、制定专业培养方案、加强师资队伍建设、强化实践教学四个方面入手，构建一套基于“采矿工程全工艺流程”的国际化双语实验教学体系，开展综合虚拟仿真实验教学资源建设，建立国际化实验教学评估体系，以期适应新时代工程教育、人才培养的新要求。

Abstract： With the implementation of "One Belt and One Road" national strategy， it is a new demand for the development of mining industry to cultivate internationalized and high-quality compound talents with engineering practice ability and innovation ability. In view of the difficulties faced by the construction of the international experimental teaching system， the improvement of cultivating subjective initiative， formulating professional training programs， strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and practical teaching are taken. A set of internationalized bilingual experimental teaching system based on "the whole technological process of mining engineering" is constructed to carry out the construction of integrated virtual simulation experimental teaching resources. A international experimental teaching evaluation system is established， so as to meet the new requirements of engineering education and talent cultivation in the new age.

引言

在科技革命、产业变革、新经济以及新起点的时代背景下，随着“一带一路”国家战略的提出与逐步实施，以中国为起点的“一带一路”沿线国家工程教育界面临新机遇、新挑战[1]。近年，来华留学生的规模也逐年扩大，2017年已达到48.92万人，其中，“一带一路”沿线国家的留学生人数占比高达64.85%。如何服务“一带一路”沿线国家急需专业高端人才需求，加快推进高等教育国际化已成为当前高校工作者需要重点思考的问题[2]。

地矿类行业作为传统行业，随着“一带一路”国家战略的逐步深入正焕发出新的面貌。如何在培养具有全球胜任力的国内学生的同时，增强来华留学生的专业知识和实践能力，已成为“一带一路”大背景下，地矿类专业人才培养的重中之重。……
