[摘要] 目的 探讨宫腔镜检查指导清宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的有效性研究。方法 方便选取2016年12月—2018年10月来该院进行剖宫产瘢痕妊娠治疗的患者82例，随机分为两组，对照组应用清宫术治疗，研究组在宫腔镜的指导下进行剖宫术治疗。 结果 研究组的住院时间（t=11.47，P=0.03）、手术时间（t=14.37，P=0.02）、血β-HCG转阴时间（t=15.39，P=0.02）以及阴道流血时间（t=11.09，P=0.04）明显比对照组短，术中出血量（t=16.37，P=0.01）明显少于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组的治疗有效率为95.12%，对照组的治疗有效率为85.37%，研究组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组（t=6.084，P<0.05）。结论 使用宫腔镜检查指导清宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠，能够有效的减少患者的出血情况，减少手术时间，对患者的创伤较小，提高患者的治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods A total of 82 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy treated in our hospital from December 2016 to October 2018 were convenient randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with uterine curettage. The study group underwent hysteroscopic guidance cesarean surgery. Results The hospitalization time of the study group （t=11.47， P=0.03）， operation time （t=14.37， P=0.02）， blood β-HCG negative time （t=15.39， P=0.02） and vaginal bleeding time （t=11.09， P=0.04） was significantly shorter than the control group. The intraoperative blood loss （t=16.37， P=0.01） was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The therapeutic effective rate of the study group was 95.12%. The effective rate of treatment was 85.37%， and the treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （t=6.084， P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of hysteroscopy to guide the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy can effectively reduce the bleeding of patients， reduce the operation time， less trauma to patients， and improve the treatment effect of patients.

剖宫产瘢痕妊娠是由于胚胎在患者的子宫下段前壁即原来剖宫产的瘢痕处进行着床，其绒毛组织在瘢痕位置进行深处侵入，并在子宫浆膜进行继续的生长导致[1]。由于患者的剖宫产瘢痕位置的纤维组织较多，且肌壁比较薄，当出现妊娠之后容易导致子宫的破裂，并且容易出现大出血，严重者需要将其子宫切除，对女性的身心健康造成了严重的危害[2]。近些年来，我国临床上剖宫产的患者越来越多，剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的发病率显著升高[3]。因此，对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的治疗方案的制定就尤为重要。在該次研究中，方便选取2016年12月—2018年10月来该院进行剖宫产瘢痕妊娠治疗的患者82例，在进行清宫术的过程中使用宫腔镜进行指导，在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的治疗过程中取得满意的治疗效果，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

方便选取来该院进行剖宫产瘢痕妊娠治疗的患者82例，随机分为两组。选取标准：①符合剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的诊断标准;②入院前没有接受其他治疗;③病例资料完整且依从性良好者[4]。……
