【摘要】 目的：探讨产科病房实施人性化护理对提高产科护理质量的影响。方法：选取2016年3月-2018年2月于笔者所在医院产科就诊的120例患者，所有患者均为自愿参与且符合纳入、排除标准，采用随机系统将患者均分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受人性化护理，根据患者的护理满意度评分、住院时间、护理质量来评估本次研究的临床效果。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度及护理质量评分均高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：人性化护理干预措施运用于产科病房中，能有效地提升产科护理质量，改善患者满意度，该护理模式值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of humanized nursing in obstetric ward on improving the quality of obstetric nursing.Method：120 patients who came to the obstetrics department of our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected，and all patients participated voluntarily and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing，while the patients in the observation group received humanized nursing.According to the nursing satisfaction score of patients，the length of hospitalization and the quality of nursing were used to evaluate the clinical effect of this study.Result：The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that of the patients in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Humanized nursing intervention measures applied in obstetric wards can effectively improve the quality of obstetric nursing and improve patient satisfaction.This nursing model is worth promoting.

随着人们对于临床护理质量要求的提升，传统的护理模式已经不再适用。现如今，在临床护理中，多强调以患者为中心、以人为本，从而进一步地提升科室的护理质量。传统的护理干预过程中，多数是让患者被动地接受护理干预，导致护理效果不如人意。随着人性化护理干预模式在产科的广泛使用，该护理模式的护理效果也得到了肯定。为了探究人性化护理模式在产科病房中的护理效果，特选取了2016年3月-2018年2月于笔者所在医院产科就诊的患者120例，将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受人性化护理，现将研究结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2016年3月-2018年2月于笔者所在医院就诊的120例患者。纳入标准：（1）均为产科接收的患者;（2）患者的所有临床资料齐全;（3）无精神疾病，可进行有效沟通;（4）无其他需要临床干预的严重疾病。……
