【摘要】 目的：在子宫肌瘤护理中实施护理质量持续改进，对实施有效性开展研究。方法：在2017年1月17日-2018年5月16日开展研究，录入样本共计82例，皆为笔者所在医院治疗的子宫肌瘤患者，依据随机数字表法分为常规组（41例）、研究组（41例），分别实施常规护理及护理质量持续改进，对比两组护理有效性、护理质量评分及生活质量评分。结果：研究组护理总有效率高于常规组（P<0.05）;研究组护理质量各项评分均高于常规组（P<0.05）;研究组生活质量各项评分均高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论：在子宫肌瘤护理中实施护理质量持续改进可显著提升患者的临床护理效果及护理质量，改善预后。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effectiveness of continuous improvement of nursing quality in hysteromyoma nursing.Method：A total of 82 patients with hysteromyoma were enrolled in the study from January 17，2017 to May 16，2018.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table，the routine group（41 cases） and the research group（41 cases）.Routine nursing and continuous improvement of nursing quality were carried out respectively.The nursing effectiveness，nursing quality scores and life quality scores were compared between the two groups.Result：The effective rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the routine group（P<0.05）.The scores of nursing quality in the research group were higher than those in the routine group（P<0.05），and the scores of quality of life in the research group were higher than those in the routine group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous improvement of nursing quality in hysteromyoma nursing can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect，nursing quality of patients and improve the prognosis.

子宫肌瘤是一种常见的女性疾病，属于良性肿瘤中的一种，主要是由于子宫平滑肌增生而发病。到目前为止，子宫肌瘤的发病原因尚未在临床中得到定论，但是有专家表明，极有可能是由于正常肌层的细胞突变、性激素等因素发生相互作用而形成。而促进子宫肌瘤的生长因素，则是雌激素，因此，雌激素增长也被认为是导致病发的原因[1]。患者在发病后的主要临床表现为子宫出血、腹部有包块形成及压迫症状等[2]。而护理工作作为患者康复期间的一个重要环节，不仅要辅助医生完成治疗工作，同时也要通过提升护理质量促进患者康复。基于此，为了提升子宫肌瘤患者的护理质量，针对笔者所在医院的患者开展研究，并将研究中涉及到的重点内容总结为以下报道呈现。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
