【摘要】 目的：分析探讨在慢性足底筋膜炎的治疗中采用体外冲击波联合电针的临床治疗效果。

方法：选取2017年10月-2018年12月在本院接受慢性足底筋膜炎治疗的96例患者，采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组，各48例。常规组给予体外冲击波治疗，观察组给予体外冲击波联合电针治疗。对两组治疗总有效率以及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue score，VAS）评分、行走时间、足筋膜厚度进行比较分析。结果：观察组治疗总有效率93.8%明显高于常规组83.3%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组治疗前的VAS评分、行走时间及足筋膜厚度比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后，观察组VAS评分、行走时间及足筋膜厚度均明显优于常规组（P<0.05）。结论：在慢性足底筋膜炎的治疗中采用体外冲击波联合电针，可有效缓解患者的疼痛，延长患者的行走时间，提高临床治疗效果，值得在临床上大力的推广实行。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical treatment effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with electric-acupuncture in treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis.Method：90 cases of patients with chronic plantar fasciitis received in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected.They were divided into routine group and observation group according to the random number table method，48 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy，and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with electric acupuncture.The total effective rate，visual analogue score（VAS），walking time and foot fascia thickness before and after treatment of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：The total effective rate in the observation group（93.8%）was significantly higher than that in the routine group（83.3%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the VAS score，walking time and foot fascia thickness between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment，the VAS score，walking time and foot fascia thickness in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The extracorporeal shock wave combined with electric acupuncture in treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis can effectively alleviate the pain of patients，prolong the walking time of patients，and improve the clinical treatment effect.It is worthy to be vigorously promoted and implemented.

足底筋膜炎主要是足底的筋膜或者是肌腱出現无菌性炎症所引发的一种疾病，临床常见症状为脚跟的不适、疼痛，足底接近足跟的部位常为压痛点，压痛时常比较剧烈，并且持续存在[1]。通常在晨起时存在明显的疼痛感，在行走过度时会加剧患者的疼痛，情况较为严重者，甚至是站立休息时也会存在疼痛感，对患者的正常生活产生了较为严重的影响[2]。在本研究中，本院基于慢性足底筋膜炎的治疗中采用体外冲击波联合电针，取得了较好的临床治疗效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2017年10月-2018年12月在本院接受慢性足底筋膜炎治疗的96例患者。纳入标准：（1）均在久坐后站立行走或者是晨起时足跟的剧烈疼痛;（2）经半年以上时间采用物理治疗、皮质类固醇……
