【摘要】 目的：探讨快速康复外科理念在胃癌根治术后护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年5月本院收治的40例胃癌患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组（快速康复外科理念护理）和对照组（常规护理），各20例。比较两组肛门排气时间、术后首次排便时间、住院时间和住院费用等临床综合指标，统计护理满意度及术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组肛门排气时间、术后首次排便时间、住院时间和住院费用等临床综合指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组总满意率为95.0%，高于对照组的70.0%（P<0.05）;观察组术后并发症发生率为5.0%，低于对照组的60.0%（P<0.05）。结论：选择快速康复外科理念展开护理，可明显提高胃癌患者在根治手术阶段的护理质量，并发症少、护理满意度高，减少了医疗费用，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in nursing care after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Method：A total of 40 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group（rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing）and control group（routine nursing），20 cases in each group.The time of anal exhaust，the time of first defecation after operation，the time of hospitalization，the cost of hospitalization between two groups were compared，and nursing satisfaction and complications were counted.Result：The time of anal exhaust，the time of first defecation after operation，the time of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization in observation group were better than those of control group（P<0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.0%，which was higher than 70.0% of control group（P<0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.0% in observation group，which was lower than 60.0% of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Choosing the rapid rehabilitation surgical concept to carry out nursing care can significantly improve the quality of nursing care of patients with gastric cancer in the stage of radical operation，with fewer complications，high nursing satisfaction，and reduce the medical costs，which is worth promoting.

胃癌是一種恶性肿瘤，由患者胃黏膜上皮细胞出现病变后引起，患病后患者的身体健康受到严重威胁[1]，患者的生活质量自然也受到非常大的影响，生命安全也很容易受到威胁[2]。胃癌早期患者并未出现明显的临床病症，可能存在轻微的疼痛病症[3]，但患者对此也未引起重视，等到病情被患者察觉时一般已经发展至晚期[4]，错过最佳治疗时间后，很难获得较好的治疗效果和预后[5]。胃癌根治手术当前已经作为胃癌患者展开治疗中非常常见的一种手段，患者进行胃癌根治手术之后，对其施以恰当的护理措施，使得患者能够获得较好的治疗效果和预后[6]，在护理满意度以及术后恢复上也具备较好的优越性[7]。笔者就此选择本院接诊的胃癌患者作为研究对象，对患者术后分别给予快速康复外科理念护理和常规护理，以期获得真实数据下的趋势。……
