摘 要：产品服务系统作为解决环境问题的有效方法，本文结合运用产品服务系统设计模型对出行服务系统进行评估与设计。通过分析可持续设计理念在产品服务系统设计与传统产品设计过程中区别，并将重点集中在出行服务系统中产品与用户的交互设计，从而围绕核心产品与服务构建出行产品服务系统。通过对出行服务系统设计六个阶段的深入研究，认为需要从企业经营、政府管理、规范行为、绿色设计等四个方面的可持续性进行评估，重视用户体验，规范用户行为，才能促进出行服务系统可持续发展。

Abstract： Product service system as an effective method to solve environmental problems， this paper combined the use of product service system design model to evaluate and design the travel service system. By analyzing the difference of the sustainable design concept between product service system design and traditional product design process， we focused on the interaction design of products and users in the travel service system， to build a travel product service system around core products and services. Through the in-depth research on the six stages of travel service system design， it is considered that it is necessary to evaluate the sustainability of business management， government management， normative behavior， green design， etc.， paying attention to user experience and standardizing user behavior. At last， it would promote the system of travel services sustainable.

隨着经济的持续高速发展，人们对高品质生活追求的欲望也在不断增强，在消费工业产品的过程中，消耗大量资源和产生费弃物在所难免，由此出现了资源短缺、生态失衡、环境恶化的全社会乃至全球性问题。因此，可持续设计也成为了设计学领域的研究热点。日本著名设计家山本良一曾经指出：环境危机就是设计危机。在当前环境问题日趋突显的背景下，对环境问题和产品设计深入研究是必要的应对之策，创新、绿色是设计领域关注环境问题的有效途径。党的十八届五中全会也提出：实现“十三五”发展目标，必须树立和贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念。伴随着“互联网+”与共享经济的时代步伐，造型时尚、颜色清新的共享单车等出行工具为城市绿色出行做出了重要贡献，促进了城市的可持续发展。……
