【摘 要】目的：探讨规范化管理措施对耳鼻喉科静脉治疗护理质量的影响。方法：将本院耳鼻喉科2017年1月至12月未实施规范化管理阶段设为实施前;另将2018年1月至12月实施规范化管理措施阶段设为实施后。研究对象为本院34名护理人员以及在本院耳鼻喉科接受静脉治疗的患者（实施前、后各100例）。比较实施前后护理质量评分及患者的并发症发生率。结果：实施后的护理质量评分明显高于实施前;且患者并发症发生率（11.00%）也显著低于实施前（29.00%）（P<0.05）。结论：规范化管理措施用于耳鼻喉科静脉治疗护理中能有效提高整体医疗服务质量和降低患者并发症发生率。

Effect of standardized management measures on the quality of intravenous treatment and nursing in ent department

Abstract： .Objective To explore the effect of standardized management measures on the quality of intravenous treatment of ent. Methods The ear，nose and throat department in our hospital did not implement standardized management from January to December2017. In addition，the stage of implementing standardized management measures from January to December2018will be set as after implementation. The subjects of the study were34nursing staff and patients （100cases before and100cases after the implementation） who received intravenous treatment in the department of otolaryngology of our hospital. The nursing quality scores and complication rate before and after implementation were compared. Results the nursing quality scores after implementation were significantly higher than before implementation.The complication rate （11.00%） was also significantly lower than that before implementation （29.00%） （P <0.05）. Conclusion standardized management measures can effectively improve the overall quality of medical services and reduce the incidence of complications.

前言

耳鼻喉科属于医院较为特殊的科室，极易发生多种不良事件，尤其是细节问题，若在静脉治疗过程中稍有操作不当可会引发多种并发症或导致患者病情加重，进而引起医疗纠纷[1]。因此，对耳鼻喉科静脉治疗护理工作进行规范化管理极为必要。本研究现就耳鼻喉科静脉治疗护理中实施规范化管理措施的效果进行探究，现作报告如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将本院耳鼻喉科2017年1月至12月未实施规范化管理阶段设为实施前;另将2018年1月至12月实施规范化管理措施阶段设为实施后。科室护理人员共34名，年龄23～46岁，平均（32.15±1.34）岁;学历：本科21名，专科13名;职称：主任护师2名，副主任护师4名，主管护师6名，护师8名，护士14名。

1.2 方法

规范化管理措施方法如下：

1.组建静脉专业治疗小组：选择若干名经验丰富、穿刺技巧成熟的护士作为静脉专业治疗小组成员，小组组长由护士长担任;小组成员在护士长的领导下积极参与到静脉护理质量管理改进工作中。……
