摘要：目前，我国每年约一半的抗生素作为饲料添加剂被普遍使用于畜禽养殖业，抗生素具有防治疾病、促进生长、节约营养等作用。由于监管体系的不够完善，受利益驱使等原因，厂商和养殖户在抗生素的使用过程中存在盲目添加、滥用抗生素等一系列问题，进而引发细菌耐药性增加、危害人体健康、破坏环境生态及损害经济等影响。现就我国抗生素在养殖业中的应用现状进行分析并提出应对措施。

Abstract：At present， about half of antibiotics are widely used in livestock and poultry breeding as feed additives every year in China. Antibiotics have the functions of preventing and curing diseases， promoting growth and saving nutrition. Due to the imperfection of the regulatory system and interest-driven reasons， manufacturers and breeders have a series of problems in the use of antibiotics， such as blind addition and abuse of antibiotics， which lead to the increase of bacterial resistance， harm to human health， damage to the environment and ecology， and damage to the economy. At present， the application status of antibiotics in aquaculture in China is analyzed， and countermeasures are put forward.

目前，中國是全球最大的抗生素生产国和消费国，同时也是全球细菌耐药最严重的国家之一[1]。据统计，国内抗生素每年总产量大约为21万吨，国内消费量约18万吨，其中用于畜牧及饲料行业的抗生素就高达9.7万吨，约占54%[2]。饲料添加剂中的抗菌药物约有60种，常用的有20多种，普遍应用于畜牧、家禽饲养、水产养殖等方面。抗生素可减少动物对营养成分的要求，改善肠道消化功能，有效防治养殖中致病菌引起的动物疾病，由于存在超量或不当使用或抗生素滥用现象，进而连锁引发诸多问题。

1 抗生素使用存在的问题

1.1 人畜共用

目前，氨基糖苷类、大环内酯类等各种人抗生素普遍用于动物养殖中，而《兽药管理条例》中是明确禁止人药兽用的。此外，人与动物共用的抗生素使动物体内不断增强的细菌耐药性传播给人。

1.2 盲目添加

目前大多数养殖人员文化程度低[3]，再加上“无病、防病”观念太强，通常不顾实际情况盲目添加抗生素。……
