【摘 要】 目的：探讨在混合痔患者手术后应用综合疼痛护理对于患者疼痛和并发症的影响。方法：选取98例2017年2月至2018年11月在我院进行手术治疗的混合痔疮的患者，随机的将其分为对照组和观察组两组，每组各有49例。对照组患者进行我院常规的护理，观察组行综合疼痛护理干预，观察并比较两组患者对于护理的满意程度。结果：观察组患者对于护理的满意度为97.96%，明显高于对照组的患者的81.63%，差异比较显著，P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论：混合痔患者术后行综合疼痛护理干预，明显改善术后疼痛感，有效降低术后并发症。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effects of combined pain management on pain and complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： Ninety-eight patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 49 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine nursing in our hospital. The observation group underwent comprehensive pain nursing intervention to observe and compare the satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results：The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.96%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group （81.63%）. The difference was significant， P<0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion：Comprehensive pain nursing intervention after mixed hemorrhoids significantly improved postoperative pain and effectively reduced postoperative complications.

混合痔疮是临床上一种发病率较高的疾病，在临床上一般是采用外科手术治疗这种疾病。研究发现，在对混合痔疮患者手术后会有明显的疼痛，如果不能够对患者进行十分有效的护理干预，会使得患者遭受到较长时间的生理的心理方面的疼痛，这在一定程度上增加了患者患有并发症的风险[1]。针对这种情况，本研究主要是研究了在混合痔疮术后的护理中应用综合疼痛护理干预，其对于疼痛和并发症的影响，其具体的研究情况如下。

1 一般资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2017年2月至2018年11月在我院进行手术治疗的混合痔疮的患者98例，将其随机的分为对照组和观察组，各有49例。对照组：男性患者23例，女性患者有26例，年龄为17岁～66岁，平均年龄为（39.78±8.31）岁;观察组：男性患者24例，女性患者25例，年龄为18岁～66岁，平均年龄为（40.01±8.24）岁。两组患者在性别、年龄等一般资料方面的差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
