摘   要：微信舆论场是公安院校行政管理部门和学生共同喜爱的信息交流媒介工具。为夯实公安院校始终坚持的政治建校、毫不动摇地践行党对公安工作和公安院校的绝对领导和全面领导的宗旨，公安院校微信虚拟社会的阵地必须认真治理。文章以公安院校微信虚拟社会为视角，分析公安院校虚拟社会存在的问题，制定公安院校家长及微信群管理办法，探索公安院校微信公众账号思想政治教育功能的新路径。

Abstract： Wechat opinion has become the communication media and tool loved by both the administrative management department and students of public security colleges. To strengthen the consistent political construction of the public security colleges and to reinforce the principles of absolute leading and comprehensive leading of CCP in public security work and public security colleges， the virtual society of public security college Wechat must follow the leading of the CCP. At the perspective of Wechat virtual society of public security colleges， the paper analyzes the existing problems in college virtual society， develops management methods for parents of college students and Wechat groups and explores new ways about ideological and political education functions of public security college Wechat public accounts.

1 引言

網络社会的本质，是公民、法人及其他组织等主体之间的各种关系基于互联网技术产生聚合而形成的新的社会关系格局和结构形态，是现实经济、政治、文化、社会、生态领域各种关系的单一综合反映、延伸和表达。基于网络社会，形成的信息交流、互换、共享的一种社会交往共同体就是虚拟社会。以微信为例，微信是腾讯公司于2011年1月21日推出的一个为智能终端提供即时通讯服务的免费应用程序。其支持跨通信运营商、跨操作系统平台通过网络快速发送免费语音短信、视频、图片和文字，同时亦可以使用通过共享获得的流媒体内容资料。微信是网络社会的重要组成部分之一，而且在虚拟社会中的作用越来越大。截止到2018年第一季度，微信及WeChat合并MAU达到10.4亿。截至2018年6月微信月活跃用户规模已经达到9.3亿。可以说，微信已实现对国内移动互联网用户的大面积覆盖，已成为国内最大的移动通讯工具，国内最大的移动流量平台之一。……
