【摘 要】 目的：执行《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》，为医学上认为影响结婚和生育的传染病进行干预提供依据。方法：采用乳胶标记免疫层析分析技术检测HBsAg。梅毒检测：所有标本先用乳胶标记免疫层析分析技术筛检，阳性者用TPPA确认，并以TRUST检测以确定其是否为现症感染。用Mission C-100小型干式生化仪检查ALT。结果：16723例婚检人群中检出HBsAg阳性患者424例，检出率为2.54%。其中男性270例，女性154例，阳性检出率分别为3.20%、1.86%，经比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。乙肝患者54例，其中男性42例，女性12例，乙肝检出率为13.04%。检出梅毒患者52例，其中男性22例，女性30例，阳性检出率为0.31%;男女梅毒阳性检出率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：病毒性肝炎和梅毒属于乙类传染病，对自愿婚检人群中医学检查结果异常患者进行及时干预和定期随访，并建议暂缓结婚或采取医学措施，加强健康教育，普及传染病防治知识，指导安全献血，可以降低病毒性肝炎和梅毒传染病的发病率。

[Abstract] Objective：Execute the law of the People's Republic of China， law on maternal and infant health care for the medically considered infectious diseases affecting marriage and childbearing provide evidence for intervention. Methods： HBsAg was detected by immunochromatography analysis. Methods： all specimens were first screened by latex marker immunochromatography， and the positive was confirmed by TPPA and tested by TRUST to determine whether it was a present infection. Use the Mission c-100 small dry biochemistry to check ALT. Results： There were 414 cases of HBsAg positive patients detected in 16，723 marriage check-up patients， and the detection rate was 2.54%. Among them， 270 were male and 154 were female. The positive detection rate was 3.20% and 1.86% respectively， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. There were 54 cases of hepatitis b， of which 42 were males and 12 were females. The detection rate of hepatitis b was 13.04%. There were 52 cases of syphilis， including 22 males and 30 females， with positive detection rate of 0.31%. There was no statistically significant difference between male and female syphilis positive rate （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Viral hepatitis and syphilis belongs to b class infectious diseases， traditional Chinese medicine examination results of voluntary crowds timely intervention and regular follow-up， in patients with abnormal and suggested to stay married or medical measures， strengthen health education， popularize knowledge of the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases， to guide the safety of blood transfusion， and reduce the incidence of viral hepatitis and syphilis infection.

為了执行《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》，对医学上认为影响结婚和生育的传染病进行干预，浦口区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心为2012年至2016年自愿婚检者进行免费的医学检查，现将情况报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

采集2012年至2016年南京浦口区16723例自愿婚检者静脉血2.0mL，分离血清后备用。其中男8442例，女8281例，年龄22～42岁。

1.2 仪器与试剂

1）TL-2000 C型性病检测自动旋转仪：中国江苏姜堰市天力医疗器械有限公司提供。
