Im a middle school student and Im writing to praise a policeman. I hope that you can help me find him.

This summer， I went to Hong Kong for holiday. One day， on my way to Hong Kong Sea Park， it suddenly rained. Because of the rain， I fell on the ground and my right leg was badly hurt. At that moment， a policeman saw me and quickly sent me to the hospital nearby. After he paid for my medicine， he left the hospital in a hurry， without telling me his name. However， I remember the number on his chest card was 9916. I am very thankful and hope you can help me find him. I want to thank him in person.
