1 Preliminary Study on Sampling Method for Energy-Saving Monitoring in Oil and Gas Enterprises

Energy-saving monitoring is an important means for oil and gas enterprises to master the energy utilization status and energy consumption of energy equipment.The method of sampling is very important to estimate overall indicators of monitoring system.This paper analyzed sampling methods such as simple random sampling,stratified sampling, systematic sampling and cluster sampling in energy-saving monitoring.According to actual situations of equipment operating in oil and gas enterprises, it was proposed that stratified sampling was suitable for room-level units,systematic sampling or cluster sampling was suitable for sub room-level units.

11 Significance and Achievements of Post-Project Evaluation (PPE) of Exploration Projects in Liaohe Oilfield

A post-project evaluation (PPE) is an assessment of project results, activities,and lessons learned.This paper combed the deployment strategy, exploration technology and capacity management based on the PPE for exploration projects completed during the 12th five-year plan in Liaohe oilfield company.The paper also introduced the strategies and achievements of exploration projects during the 13th five-year plan, such as optimizing exploration plan, improving capacity management,analyzing method for potency and risk.The PPE proposed to learn lessons for the future, and to ensure that Liaohe oilfield company get the greatest possible benefit.

13 Research on Digitized Mode of Metering-Room in Daqing Oilfield

The construction of digitized metering-room in Daqing oilfield is underway.The metering-room function mainly includes well selection, oil measurement, single well water volume adjustment, and single well hot washing operation.Due to the heavy workload of metering-room transformation, it is necessary to analyze and study on digitized mode of metering-room to formulate an economic and applicable digital construction mode.According to the metering requirements, this paper briefly compared and selected metering operation links to digitize manual well selection,automatic oil measurement, remote monitoring, manual adjustment of water mixing and regional inspection.It was hoped that it will be helpful to the sustainable and stable development of Daqing's digital oilfield construction.

17 Laboratory Study on Dehydration Technology of Petroleum Containing Polyethylene

Polymer flooding is an important means to improve oil recovery at present.The produced fluid contains polymer for displacement, which changes the emulsion properties make dehydration of polymer flooding more difficult than ordinary water flooding.According to the actual situations of polymer in a dewatering station, the conductivity, oil-water interfacial tension and dewatering effect of crude oil emulsions with different polymer concentrations were tested in laboratory.The result determined the limits for polymer concentration of 300 mg/L to electric dehydrator inlet normally.The dewatering method with combination of demulsifier compound and flocculating agent was established as per demulsifier screened.The formulation, which included emulsifier (DP9201 and XP-1421 with combination ratio of 1:1, dosage of 100 mg/L)and polyaluminium chloride (dosage of 20 mg/L) made the dehydration rate reached up to 87% within 90 minutes.

22 Analysis on Key Points of Modular Design in Modular Construction of Oil and Gas Surface Facilities

The construction mode of oil and gas surface facilities has been changed from traditional component-based mode to modular mode recently.The modularity in design is the key technology in modular construction.The modular design shall consider the aspects of module division, equipment layout and overall layout,professional design collaboration, three-dimensional design and review, packaging and protection, hoisting and transportation, and on-site assembly.The key points above can ensure modularization smoothly in oil and gas surface Facilities.

32 Construction of Intelligent Production Command Platform in Oilfield

This paper expounded the application of oilfield production management information combined with actual situation, and discussed the construction plan of intelligent production command platform.The information platform of Hailar oilfield integrated the global positioning system (GPS) and geographic information system(GIS) network, collected field data and images through sensors, video surveillance and other equipment, uploaded the data to database and server through transmission network, established intelligent inspection and production management system for oil wells, implemented digital management of oil and water wells, pipe network and process plants and stations.The business process flow forms as an agent of information network to help all department efficient collaboration and communication.The intelligent production command platform, which provided information supports and analysis for management decision-making deeply assisted oilfield production and operation safely and high efficiently.

37 Discussion on Improving Internal Audit Effectiveness of Energy Management System in Oil and Gas Enterprises

Improving internal audit effectiveness of energy management system is the key link to maintain the normal operation and continuous improvement of energy management system.This paper comprehensively analyzed three main issues of internal audit quality for oil and gas field energy management system as per practical works.Based on the existing organizational mode of oil and gas enterprises, the paper proposed three ways to improve the effectiveness of internal audit of energy management system.

40 Risk Analysis and Countermeasures Research on Contract Management of Informatization Projects

With the rapid development of all walks of informatization constructions, it has greatly promoted the combination of traditional industries and emerging information technologies.At present, the informatization construction of enterprises has grown into program management mode, which is no longer a simple procurement of software and hardware, developing software or service consulting instead of managing a number of simultaneous or part of overlapping related projects.The contract management becomes an important management link within the complexity of program management mode.This paper discussed the problems and potential risks in contract management, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures to recognize, predicted and avoids risks in time in project contract formulation and implementation process.
