【摘 要】智慧监狱口号的推出及各地智慧监狱示范点的落成将监狱管理工作正式带入智能化时代。为了将司法行政信息化工作精神落到实处，提升“智慧监狱”的创建速度，我国司法部门于2018年2月颁发《智慧监狱技术规范》，其中的核心内容包括人工智能、大数据、互联网、云计算等现代科学技术与监狱管理工作的融合方式。想要将监狱管理信息分析、处理、感知落实到日常生活中，就应以信息变量的方式实现智能操控，并使各项管理工作达到深度协同。

【Abstract】The introduction of the slogan of smart prison and the completion of the demonstration points of smart prison will bring the prison management work into the intelligent era formally. In order to implement the spirit of judicial administration informatization and speed up the establishment of "smart prison"， the judicial department of China issued the "technical specification of smart prison" in February 2018. The core content includes the integration of modern science and technology such as artificial intelligence， big data， internet and cloud computing and prison management. If you want to analyze， process and perceive prison management information in daily life， you should realize intelligent control in the way of information variables， and make the management work achieve deep collaboration.

1 引言

创建“智慧监狱”倡议的提出使全国监狱管理工作转变为信息化、智能化。监狱管理智能化与其各项管理业务、数据进行融合，使监狱安全管理工作从感知智能化转变为认知智能化，并通过数据的加载及科学技术的匹配使监狱能够根据管理业务的不同进行针对性思考，并给予合理的处理方法。本文对河北省智慧监狱建设的现状进行分析，并提出针对问题的解决方案。

2 河北省“智慧监狱”创建现状

监狱的创建与管理工作制度经过多年的完善与发展，使多种类安防系统与安防技术应用在日常管理工作中，安防技术的应用使监狱内外管理质量得到了显著提升。但是监狱的安全管理需求对安防系统有了新的要求[1]。
