【摘 要】在中国的发展过程中，对建筑结构和建筑功能的要求越来越高。机电设备也开始在建筑施工中占据很大的比例，并且建筑机电安装技术的应用变得越来越广泛。它值得人们的关注和讨论。论文分析并讨论了工程安装和施工技术的一些关键点。

【Abstract】In the development process in China， the requirements for building structure and building function are getting higher and higher. Mechanical and electrical equipment has also begun to occupy a large proportion in construction， and the application of building mechanical and electrical installation technology has become more and more extensive. It deserves people's attention and discussion. This paper analyzes and discusses some key points of engineering installation and construction technology.

1 引言

机电安装施工企业必须控制施工过程，并按照机电安装的有关规范进行操作。在机电安装项目的建设中，必须控制建设中的所有环节。在施工过程中，施工人员必须互相配合，以确保机电安装的质量。

2 安装特点

建筑机电设备安装工程的施工过程在实际操作过程中非常复杂，涉及许多学科和专业知识。建筑机电设备的安装技术包括给排水、电气、通风、消防等设施的安装。该技术在不同行业、民用和公共领域具有通用性和可变性，但通常具有广泛的通用性[1]。因此，为了探讨建筑机电设备的施工技术。

以电气工程为例：机电安装工程的电气工程主要包括高压变电站系统、低压配电系统、备用电源系统等。照明电源、供电、系统、建筑消防系统等在电气工程施工前，通常需要进行详细的计划，如施工图纸、材料等的检查、施工人员的管理、施工设备的布置、配置和检查等。做好准备，可以使机电设备在施工安装过程中发挥更有效的作用，大大提高了施工效率。
