【摘 要】随着现代社会的飞速发展，我国当前的社会保障事业也取得了较大发展，尤其是基本医疗制度的全面实施，在较大程度上解决了企业职工的基本医疗问题。但是在长期的发展过程中，基本医疗保险很难真正地满足企业发展的具体要求。在这一背景下，补充医疗保险被越来越多的企业纳入各自的保障体系。基于此，论文就企业职工补充医疗保险开展的现状及策略进行了探究。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of modern society， China's current social security undertaking has also made great progress， especially the comprehensive implementation of the basic medical system， to a large extent， to solve the basic medical problems of enterprise employees. But in the long-term development process， the basic medical insurance is difficult to truly meet the specific requirements of enterprise development. In this context， more and more enterprises are integrating supplementary medical insurance into their own security system. Based on this， the paper explores the development status and strategies of the supplementary medical insurance for enterprise employees.

1 引言

补充医疗保险是当前企业职工保障体系中尤为重要的一项内容，其是基于基本医疗制度而出现的一种减轻职工大病医疗费用负担以及保障职工基本生活的重要措施。对于当前企业发展而言，很多企业并未将补充医疗保险纳入实际的员工保障体系，导致职工的相关利益很难得到有效的保障。如何在当前社会飞速发展背景下开展企业职工补充医疗保险相关工作，越来越成为当前企业发展过程中亟待解决的一项主要问题。

2 企业职工补充医疗保险制度概述

企业补充医疗保险，是指企业职工在参加城镇基本医疗保险的基础上，由企业自主创办或者参加的一种补充性的医疗保险形式。随着现代社会的飞速发展，当前我国在企业补充医疗保险上给予了较大的政策支持，同时，越来越多的企业将补充医疗保险纳入职工保障体系当中。……
