【摘 要】在现代化社会经济的快速发展中，经济总量失衡问题日益严重，相关部门需要深入实行结构性改革策略。由于传统的经济结构形式已无法满足新时期的经济管理需求，相关部门需要加大供给领域管理力度，有效地解决社会经济发展过程中的层次问题。基于此，论文阐述了供给侧结构性改革的必要性，研究了经济发展背景下的供给侧结构性改革。

【Abstract】In the rapid development of modern society and economy， the imbalance problems of economic aggregate is becoming more and more serious. Relevant departments need to implement in-depth structural reform strategies. Due to the traditional economic structural reform can no longer meet the needs of economic management in the new era， relevant departments need to strengthen the management in the supply field and effectively solve the hierarchical problems in the process of social and economic development. Based on this， the paper expounds the necessity of supply side structural reform and studies the supply side structural reform under the background of economic development.

1 引言

在经济水平快速提升的大背景下，经济管理体系越来越完善，经济调控主要由政府部门实行统一的经济货币政策，确保社会经济发展的稳定性。目前，我国经济发展未实现真正的平衡，尤其在经济新常态下，失衡问题更加严重，严重影响着经济结构的稳定性，制约了经济全球化的发展，这就需要进行供给侧结构性改革，以实现经济的稳定增长[1]。

2 供给侧结构性改革的必要性

目前，我国消费市场中出现了很多进口产品，逐渐发展成消费市场的主要组成部分。现阶段，韩国和泰国产品市场份额日益增加，大型天猫超市销售25万瓶进口牛奶，占据国内市场份额的10%以上。在社会资源分配过程中，市场经济发挥着重要作用，但在市场资源分配中出现了很多问题，只进行调节很难避免市场的投机行为，在转换利益过程中会引发公共事业问题，出现严重的两极分化。为了有效地改善这一问题，实现社会经济的常态发展，相关部门需要严格落实供给侧结构性改革策略。……
