【摘 要】县域经济是我国经济发展体系的重要组成部分，在县域城镇化发展过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。从当前县域经濟发展与县域城镇化建设发展过程来看，仍然存在一定的问题，制约着县域城镇化水平的提升。论文主要针对县域经济发展与县域城镇化优化升级的相关策略进行探究，希望能为县域经济的持续稳定发展提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】The county economy is an important part of China's economic development system， which plays an important role in the process of county urbanization. From the perspective of the current development of county economy and the construction and development process of county urbanization， there are still some problems， restricting the improvement of county urbanization level. This paper mainly explores the relevant strategies of the development of county economy and the optimization and upgrading of county urbanization， hoping to provide some reference for the sustainable and stable development of county economy.

1 引言

县域经济作为连接城市经济与农村经济的行政区域经济，是我国国民经济的基础单元，也是促进我国经济发展的关键环节。县域经济具备完备的经济功能，是一种综合性的经济体系，通过一个个独立的发展单元共同组成社会经济体系。县域经济的发展情况直接关系着我国社会经济的增速。因此，必须要加强对县域经济发展与县域城镇化建设的重视，明确当前经济发展与城镇化建设过程中存在的问题，并采取针对性的措施进行解决，促进我国国民经济水平的整体提升。

2 当前我国县域经济发展与城镇化建设过程中存在的问题

2.1 县域经济发展不均衡

从当前我国区域经济发展情况来看，存在严重的经济发展不平衡的问题，东部沿海发达地区的县域经济发展情况要显著优于西部内陆。欠发达地区县城作为县域经济发展的龙头，具有规模小、数量多、产业链短、技术附加值低、核心竞争力缺乏以及专业高水平人才严重欠缺的问题，导致县域经济相对来说辐射作用比较弱。……
