【摘 要】测量项目经理，是维系项目相关各方的纽带，是项目能够顺利完成的重要保证。因此，测量项目经理的能力，在一定程度上关系着项目的成败。对测量项目经理的能力进行分析，能够使项目经理更好地了解自己的岗位需求，有助于项目经理清楚地认识到自己的不足，弥补工作中的短处，更好地完成测量项目。论文从技术、管理、心理等方面全面剖析了测量项目经理的能力构成要素，对测量项目经理的日常工作有很好的指导作用。

【Abstract】Surveying project manager is a link to maintain relevant various aspects of the project and an important guarantee for the smooth completion of the project. Therefore， the ability of surveying project manager， to a certain extent， relates to the success or failure of the project. The analysis of the ability of the surveying project manager can make the project manager better understand the needs of their own positions， help the project manager to understand their shortcomings clearly， make up the shortcomings in the work， and better complete the surveying projects. This article makes an overall analysis of the capacity components of the surveying project manager from the technical， management， psychological and other aspects， which can provide better guidance for the project manager's daily work.

1 引言

随着社会的发展，科学技术的进步，无论从国家层面，还是从个人层面，对空间要素的认知需求变得越来越突出。从我国进行的土地调查、国情监测等国家项目，到个人使用的导航地图、不动产测量等，无不昭示着测量工作已经进入了一个蓬勃发展的新时期。随着测量工作的日益增多，测量项目也与日俱增，无论从数量上还是类型上，都有了巨大的变化[1]。同时，更多的年轻测量员涌入到了测量行业的发展大潮中，成为中国测量事业中光荣的一员。这些新鲜血液的加入，既改变了测量行业的精神面貌，使测量行业显得朝气蓬勃，欣欣向荣，同时，由于他们的年轻，也带来了一些不稳定因素。这些新的变化，都对测量项目经理的工作能力提出了更高的要求，一些以往不太引人注意的方面也变得越来越重要[2]。……
