【摘 要】随着我国社会对石油资源的需求逐渐提升，作为石油储运行业中的重要组成部分，其运输过程中的具体操作不仅关系着石油储运的安全平稳情况，而且对于我国石油储运事业的整体发展也具有重要影响。基于此，论文将对石油储运安全平稳的必要性进行简单概述，进而分别从石油储运存在的问题以及规范化操作两方面提出促进石油储运安全平稳的建议。

【Abstract】 With the increasing demand for oil resources in China， as an important part of the oil storage and transportation industry， the specific operation in the transportation process not only relates to the safety and stability of oil storage and transportation， but also has an important impact on the overall development of the oil storage and transportation industry in China. Based on this， the paper will make a brief overview of the necessity of the safety and stability of oil storage and transportation， and then put forward some suggestions for promoting the safety and stability of oil storage and transportation from the problems existing in the oil storage and transportation and its standardization operation.

1 引言

近年来，我国石油事业的发展较为迅速，但在其储运过程中却存在着一定的问题，影响着我国石油资源的使用以及石油产业的发展。故而，本文对石油储运行业的操作规范化情况进行研究与分析。

2 石油储运安全平稳的必要性

随着我国对于石油资源需求的逐渐提升，石油运输行业的发展以及优化也逐渐受到各个领域的重视，为石油运输公司的生产经营以及优化发展做出了较大贡献。近年来，我国石油企业逐渐向着多样化、科学化的方向发展，并促进着石油企业储运系统的运行也逐渐复杂化发展，导致传统的石油储运管理方式不再适用于具体的石油储运工作。故而，针对石油储运系统不断优化进步的情况，笔者提出对其操作管理进行规范化管理的建议。通过规范化的管理能够对现阶段石油储运流程复杂、多样的现状进行清晰的管理，并促进石油储运的质量与水平逐渐提升。……
