【摘 要】：目的：本文将针对股骨头坏死的患者进行围手术期的护理干预，并采用相应的措施以提高生活质量、改善病情为主要目的。方法：本次研究选择了178例股骨头坏死病人作为研究对象，分为2组。规定对照组采取股骨头坏死术后常规护理。规定观察组采取綜合护理干预方法。结果：对照组患者的恢复时间，明显长于观察组，即观察组有超过半数的患者恢复时间迅速，且此数据有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：股骨头坏死术后干预疗法，能够有效帮助患者快速恢复正常生理机能，缩短恢复时长，减轻患者痛苦，是一项值得推广的方法。

Abstract objective： this paper will carry out perioperative nursing intervention for patients with femoral head necrosis， and adopt corresponding measures to improve the quality of life and illness. Methods： 178 patients with femoral head necrosis were selected as subjects in this study， divided into 2 groups. The postoperative routine nursing of femoral head necrosis was prescribed in the control group. The observation group was required to adopt a comprehensive nursing intervention method. Results： the recovery time of the control group was significantly longer than that of the observation group， that is， more than half of the patients in the observation group had rapid recovery time， and the data was statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： postoperative intervention therapy for femoral head necrosis can effectively help patients to quickly restore normal physiological function， shorten the recovery time and alleviate pain， which is a method worth promoting.

股骨头坏死是一项疑难病症，此病会使患者的股骨头发生塌陷或变形的生理变化，这会使得髋关节出现功能性障碍一类的疾病，会影响到患者的关节活动和日常行走，严重的情况，可能会导致终生残疾[1]。随着这几年医疗界专业人士在此方面的研究逐渐深入，有关专家发现，利用人工髋关节来替换患病关节，可以清除病灶，恢复关节功能，是患者正常行动。但因为此类治疗的护理措施滞后，使得患者恢复情况不好，容易出现不良并发症，从而影响治疗效果。所以，改进股骨头坏死的术后护理手段是迫在眉睫的事。故本次研究选择了178例股骨头坏死病人作为研究对象，探讨股骨头坏死术后的护理干预对于其治疗效果的影响。
