[摘要] 目的 探讨阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑片运用到治疗细菌性阴道病患者中的功效。方法 方便選出2016年12月—2017年12月期间该院接收并治疗的细菌性阴道病患者138例，并依据不同治疗方式分成两个组别，组1 69例患者施以甲硝唑片，组二69例患者施以阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑片，比照两组患者的治疗疗效、复发率。结果 组2患者的总有效率即97.10%，优于组1患者的81.16%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.050 4，P=0.002 6）。组2患者的3个月与6个月复发率即2.90%、8.70%，优于组1患者的15.94%、21.74%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.878 8、4.549 5，P=0.008 7、0.032 9）。结论 阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑片运用到对细菌性阴道病患者辅以治疗后，具备较优的治疗成效，能够减小患者复发的概率，具备治疗并防范细菌性阴道病的两大功效。

Clinical Efficacy of Vaginal Lactobacillus Live Bacteria Capsule Combined with Metronidazole Tablets in the Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis

[Abstract] Objective To invtstigate the efficacy of vaginal lactobacillus live bacteria capsule combined with metronidazole tablets in the treatment of patients with bacterial vaginosis. Methods A total of 138 patients with bacterial vaginosis received and treated in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Group one of 69 patients were given metformine azole tablets， group two of 69 patients were treated with Lactobacillus lactis capsules combined with metronidazole tablets， compared with the treatment efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of group 2 patients was 97.10%， which was better than that of group 1 patients （81.16%） the different was statistically significant（χ2=9.050 4， P=0.002 6）. The 3-month and 6-month recurrence rates of group 2 patients were 2.90% and 8.70%， which was better than 15.94% and 21.74% of group 1 patients，the different was statistically significant（χ2=6.878 8， 4.549 5， P=0.008 7， 0.032 9）. Conclusion Lactobacillus lactis capsule combined with metronidazole tablets can be used to treat patients with bacterial vaginosis. It has better therapeutic effect， can reduce the probability of recurrence， and has the treatment and prevention of bacterial vaginosis.

细菌性阴道病即在阴道之中菌群丧失调节而引发的一大阴道感染型病症，然而，这一病症在临床与病理等方面不具备突出的炎性变换。原本在临床中大多借助抗生素以对细菌性阴道病辅以治疗，尽管收获了相应的治疗成效，然而，因为抗生素无法促使阴道之中的微环境有所变换，在治疗结束后，较易产生复发[1]。借助微生态型试剂可以调整阴道之中的菌群，并促使阴道之中的酸性环境得以康复，协助对细菌性阴道病辅以治疗的成效收获了认定，然而，其具备防范复发的功效与否，有关的调研依旧过少[2]。……
