[摘要] 目的 探讨应用桡骨远端掌侧柱锁定钢板内固定方式治疗AOC型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效，并分析患者的腕关节功能恢复情况。 方法 方便选择该院在2012年2月—2018年2月期间所收治的60例患者作为该次研究对象，对患者进行分组治疗，分组方式为就诊时间，研究組和对照组各30例，研究组患者行桡骨远端掌侧柱锁定钢板内固定治疗，对照组患者行外固定支架治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效与腕关节功能。 结果 研究组腕关节功能恢复情况[旋前（53.16±2.39）°、旋后（45.57±2.26）°、尺偏（37.09±2.16）°]显著优于对照组[旋前（45.03±2.42）°、旋后（40.12±2.01）°、尺偏（30.01±1.95）°]（t=13.092 2、9.869 6、13.326 0，P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论AOC型桡骨远端骨折患者应用桡骨远端掌侧柱锁定钢板内固定方式治疗的效果显著，能够有效改善患者的临床症状，促进患者腕关节功能恢复，值得临床进一步应用。

Clinical Value of Distal Radial Palmar Locking Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of AOC Distal Radius Fractures

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of distal fixation of the distal humerus with locking plate in the treatment of AOC distal radius fractures and to analyze the recovery of wrist function. Methods 60 patients who were treated in the hospital from February 2012 to February 2018 were convenient selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into two groups. The grouping method was the time of treatment. The study group and the control group each had 30 cases. The study group was treated with locking plate fixation of the distal humerus and the external fixation stent in the control group. The clinical efficacy and wrist function were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery of wrist function in the study group [pronation （53.16±2.39）°， supination （45.57±2.26）°， ruler bias （37.09±2.16）°] significantly better than the control group [pronation （45.03±2.42）°， supination （40.12±2.01）°， ruler bias （30.01±1.95）°]（t=13.092 2， 9.869 6， 13.326 0，P=0.000 0， 0.000 0， 0.000 0）， the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of AOC patients with distal radius fractures is effective in the treatment of distal humerus and volar locking plate fixation. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of wrist function. It is worthy of further clinical application.

AOC型桡骨远端骨折在腕关节骨折中较为常见，对于此类病症的患者来说，应该对其骨折端进行有效固定[1]，否则很容易导致关节功能出现障碍，基于此，该文就对该院在2012年2月—2018年2月收治的60例AOC型桡骨远端骨折患者进行探讨，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

方便选取该院收治的60例AOC型桡骨远端骨折患者进行研讨，按照就诊时间对患者进行分组治疗，研究组和对照组各30例，所有患者均知晓该次研究，且已经签订知情同意书，并经该院医学伦理委员会批准。研究组患者中，男20例，女10例，最大年龄56岁，最小年龄27岁，中位年龄（41.25±2.03）岁，大专及大专以上学历6例，高中学历12例，初中及初中以下学历12例;对照组患者中，男18例，女12例，最大年龄……
