【摘 要】思想政治工作是企业发展过程中重要组成部分，是企业适应新社会发展形势最重要的一环。随经济社会的不断发展，新观念、新技术不断涌现在铁矿企业的运行过程中。鉴于此，论文从铁矿企业开展思想政治工作入手，针对某铁矿企业思想政治工作的主要内容进行了阐述，并进行了新途径方面分析。希望通过论文的论述，能够为铁矿企业的思政工作的健康发展提供有价值的参考。

【Abstract】 Ideological and political work is an important part in the development process of enterprises， and it is also the most important part of an enterprise to adapt itself to the new social development. With the development of economy and society， new ideas and new technologies are emerging in the operation process of iron ore enterprises. In view of this， starting from the ideological and political work of iron ore enterprises，the paper expounds the main contents of the ideological and political work of an iron ore enterprise， and analyzes the new ways. It is hoped that through the exploration of this paper， valuable reference can be provided for the healthy development of the ideological and political work of iron ore enterprises.

1 引言

面临社会各领域的迅速发展，铁矿企业也得到了大力发展；同时，伴随各种新理念、新技术的出现，要求传统企业思想政治工作的管理理念、工作方式及工作内容方面都带来了一定的影响。在此情况下，部分铁矿企业员工思想也发生了不同程度的变化。因此，必须进一步加强铁矿企业的思政工作，使员工的思想变化朝着正确的方向发展。笔者结合自身工作的相关经验，对相关方面展开论述。

2 铁矿企业开展思想政治工作的必要性

随经济社会形态多元化发展、信息和技术的不断更新，我国企业为了适应社会主义市场经济，对自身的发展方向进行了调整，相应的管理方式、理念等都有了不同的改变。在此情况下，企业员工的心理、思想及行为也呈现出新的特点。因此，铁矿企业必须重视思想政治工作，正确引导员工的思想作风，加强员工的能力及素质，促进企业员工的思想意识与企业的发展理念相适应[1]。……
